Yeah it'd be one thing if those schems were variants of current droids, but they are identical to what we can already make. /shrug

If I take spiced tea and blob candy, followed by mando wine I believe the effects dont actually stack, that is correct right? However, after the mando wine wears off, do the effects of the blob candy and spiced tea take over and provide the bonus?
Thanks for any help.

Hello all!
Ok I just started playing about 3 weeks ago and I am some what confussed. But I have been reading up on Teras-kasi and this sounds like so much fun! Ok here is what I have now I am a Master Dancer ( I love that ) and working on my third tier of flying, was thinking about Ch but its just not for me. What I would like to do is Master Dancer, Teras Kasi, Swords and some Jedi (not sure if I will go all the way or just to pawadan, still a little confussed on how the Jedi thing works).
Ok the questions is that possiable to do the above ? I see the post that some Doctor is a good thing but my husband is trying to be a combat medic should I also do some of that and is that possiable withwhat I want to do?
Also how do I respect the stuff I already trained (except Master Dancer) ?
And what do I need to do to become a Tera Kasi?
Thank you
Astiir

ok i know NOTHING about slicing so i hav a scenario goin on. i get a sweet gun, unsliced. i tell this guy i want him to gimme a 12% speed slice with a delicate trigger. he has the gun for about 5-10 minutes. i ask him how it was goin with the slice. he tells me he can't do it with the delicate trigger. keep in mind this is a dmg capped gun. i tell him ok give it back and please DO NOT slice it. he decides to dmg slice the dmg capped gun. now it says it's customization is 65% so does this mean i can get another slice on it?

It's possible he started out slicing it for speed and hit the slice speed cap for that weapon. If that were to happen, it wouldn't let him do the fourth slice for speed. Without seeing a screenshot it's hard to tell from a post on the forums.
Anyway.... to your other question: Yes it can be sliced again as long as the particular slice fits within the 100% customization cap.
As far as 65% goes, the only way I can think of to come up with that would be a T1 damage or critical sliceplus aT2 speed slice. So yeah, sounds like he messed up somewhere.
Also, if it let him slice the damage on a damage capped gun, it's not all bad. Even though it didn't raise the max damage, it should have raised the min damage.

5 mill? What the heckwere you having sliced? I just had a custom FWG-5 made the other day with reinforced casings, and it was only 3 mill. Sliced that puppy up, now it's damage capped, speed capped, and 3% critical. Now I just need to buy another ADK for it so I can start using powerups, lol.

no see, i bought the pistol for 5mil with the intention of getting a 12% speed slice. that would have made it a 600 modified dps gun. but this moron can't listen to what i ask him to do and wrecked it. oh well.

Indeed, you know nothing about slicing.

You should have already noticed that the game is based on SP (Skill Points)
You have 250 SP in all to spend in any profs you want. (Pilot and Politic doesn't need any SP)
There're basic professions (Artisan, Brawler, Entertainer, Marksman, Medic, Politician, Scout) and elite and hybrid professions (Architect, Armorsmith, Bio-Engineer, Bounty Hunter, Combat Medic, Carbineer, Chef, Creature Handler, Commando, Dancer, Doctor, Droid Engineer, Fencer, Image Designer, MErchant, Musician, Pikeman, Pistoleer, Ranger, Rifleman, Smuggler, Squad Leader, Swordman, Tailor, Tera Kasi Artist, Weaponsmith).
For all basic professions you need 77 SP to master it. For all elite and hybrid professions you will need 106 SP (basic 43+ 63)
FS (Force sensitive) skills are bonuses that can be get from getting glowing and then do different quests in the FS village for unlocking branches where you can convert you XPs in to improve some skills. 1 SP per Skill Box.
Jedi is split in some profs (Defender, Healer, Enhancer, Lightsaber, Powers .) to get Jedi you will have to fill 6 full FS branches (24 SP) of any of the 24 FS branches. Mastering a tree costs 89 SP.
You have to make the calc for you own what you can get with your SP or use a char calc, like Kodan's SWG ProfCalc form www.bloodfin.org
On the stats windows (Ctrl+S) chosing that tab "all profs" you can see all the SP requirement for all the professions and the elite and hybrid professions requirement for the novice box. The novice box from an elite and hybrid profession will always need 2 full branches of a basic profession.
Hope this helps you

LOL, /slap self
I didn't even notice that... if you told him to slice 12% damage with a delicate trigger, then it's your own fault the slice got messed up.
