the discussion was not about the specifics of the eula. It was about the fact that the game can be changed and that you think you should have some sort of "right" to either prevent changes or change it only the way you like it lol.

nope my argument was ni liue to the Buggy enviroment and "forced" testing we haev been subject too not change.. change is fine thats what Test center is for not live...
The devs should be held accountabel for shoddy work . other than the thousands of cancelld accounts... i do not know who their boss is but he is forgiving.

while this is true in one respec its a faulty train of thought as everyone was entitled to the same weapons and armor as anyone else nobodies account was flagged for exploitation.. you could argue that exploiters have a unique skillset..
but yes alot of the people who left did so because they were no longer uber.. inhertly this is not their fault they had simply grown accustmed to the enviroment SOE had provided for them.. aka is it the parents fault when a 16 year old kills someone in a car wreck ... and dont say well 18 and up are on there own you dont have to be 18 to play this game just need parent consent../wink so peoplpe running around with uber dot'd weapons for montsh was SOE's consent to allow that.
i said nothing about exploitation. Players had looted 4k dmg t21's. Anyway, my point was that its pointless to argue opinion.
