That's fine, I have no problem with that, it's nothing personal, I just believe that too many people take this game far too seriously. My point is that your FIRST consideration in any aspect of the game should be to have fun. If you have fun running a virtual business then more power to you, but it doesn't suit everybody and nobody should lose sight of the fact that the game is just that, a game, and the object for any game should be to enjoy yourself.

Not sure how they figured these new names out, if you only posted a few times you are a 'flamer' ??????? How did they reach that conclusion? Must be the same devs designing the forums who are working on the game itself

I can't speak for all other architects here.. but I do my best to get on well with all my fellow local architects. I'm constantly trying to keep up with orders (despite 12 BER 13's on the go) and I always try and keep at least a couple of each kind of Harv/Factory on my vendor. If I can't fill an order promptly I always recommend another architect to customers (Yes Bandola.. evensent a couple to you!). If I can't meet the order on the day, why keep customers waiting? I'm a believer in "what goes around comes around" so there's no harm in passing an order on to another architect.
I don't price my buildings aggressively (mine are almost the same as Finglefinns-good man!) but they're constantly selling.
I suspect if I sold them for less (and sold them at the same rate) I would assume they were selling because they were underpriced. Not so.. a fair price for a fair piece of work and everyone's happy. This is your stance BedroXx and it's plain ignorance to think you're a better Marketeer than others.. you're LOSING money, and spoiling the market for no good reason other than blind arrogance.
OH BTW- If ever I get asked for small houses I always recommend the customer look on the bazaar before coming to me. There are novice architects who are happy to sell for 6k for the experience (I remember being there, and why take money from them?)

Hey, thanks for sending me customers, I will remember that, let me know if you make factories, I often get asked for them, I never make them because I cannot be fussed with the subcomponents, but if you do I will send the next enquirer to you
Oh dear, I'm back to a plain old veteran today

My guideline to pricing is count those minerals you sell. If it takes only basic no-stat-matter minerals to build, everything above 2.5cpu is ok. But it is always nice to get someone to pay your works, so price would be great to at least 3cpu. Unfortunately small/medium houses and factories are very bad deal.
In fact, i almost looks that basic mineral selling is more profitable than using those to build things.

they are more of a pain to craft due to needing specific resource, so their selling well at 2500
