just made a health poison C that does 551 damage a tick.
Stats are:Potentcy: 70
Effect: 290
Range: 27
Required Use of 58
35 charges.
I also have Expert Medical Crafting from the Doctor line. That makes the mediocre advanced resources I gather a helluvalot better than what a non-Doctor-crafter can make. My component stats are as follows:
Advanced IA: Power 46
RC: Potency 25 / Duration 10
Advanced DM: Charges 12 / Effective Range 12 / Area 12
Currently have a fungus that is mid 850 OQ 866 PE, a Liquid Petro that is 727 OQ 587 PE, and an aluminum that is OQ 904 CD 775. This yielded a 91 Potency and 272 Effectiveness with a range of 30 meters...or thereabouts.
And then there are folks who just say, "I'll pay whatever you want, buff all six stats." And I say, "Okay, your total comes to 45,000 credits, please pull forward to the window!"
1) if you are teras kasi is makes a difference.
2) you might regen more than you use with actions, but in real fights you dont regen more than you use AND the damage you take. it does make a noticable difference (admittedtly more important for melee than ranged).
3) if you become Incapped, the time you spend down is determined by Str and Quick. With a good buff that 70 second downtime turns into 7.
So maybe it isn't important for everyone, but I think it is certainly worth the split second it takes me to apply one. And I am glad to say my customers think it is worth the 1000 credits to have it applied for 2.5 hours. ![]()
Buffing quickness makes a difference,,,
Instead of 180 action cost every second in composite I drop to less than 30 with a 1k quickness buff =)
