I like the ideal about making force run use force..

First of all they nerf the crap out of force wielder and take all specials from defender and no one will chose them. If your master enhancer the only ppl you have to worry about killing you, areother master enhancers because they can run the same speed you can. Making Force run cost force powers you will have to know when to use your force run 3 instead of just waiting until your about to die and run to safety. I like the ideal and this will balance out the skills, more and make pvp more skill than just pressing a button and running to safety.

I am against this idea because unless a lot of new code is involved it will only check who DB'd the Jedi, so a large group of coverts with one or 2 overts will be able to still cause the same penalty as if they were all overt.

I'm not FRS yet, but I intend to be, so please weight my opinion accordingly.


FR3 has to get adjusted. If either combatant can enter combat with no risk (i.e. knowing you can escape), then it does not matter how good the Jedi vs. Jedi xp gain is, we will all just farm Overts since we can't get xp off of Jedi. Making it drain over time isn't that bad of a proposal, you can still escape, you just need to monitor your force more closely.


Of course this *MUST* come with a skill re-roll.

Yes, this is an idea...a very bad one. A Jedi should be very hard to kill, if they choose to be. Due to the extreme penalties we suffer upon death, the choice not to fight should always be available. If the PvP kidz are having a tough time dealing with forcerun3, find some better tactics.

I dont see why this is needed. Overts get nothing out of hunting Jedi.











Overts get nothing out of hunting Jedi...but Jedi should get something out of hunting overts? Sounds rather hypocritical.

Suggestion #5 will only cripple Jedi. Force Run is a last resort, I plan on taking Master Enhance with hopes that Force Run will compensate for my lack of healing ability.

DISSAGREE STRONGLY if you choose to go overt and a jedi kills you it should yield exp it is nominal exp now...secondly there are not enough ranked knights on any server to rise and maintain the higher ranks


3.Increase the penalty for dying to an Overt by a factor of 5


  • This will encourage players hunting Jedi to go Overt, and discourage casual "griefing" of starports and other high profile areas by Jedi

DISSAGREE strongly Penalties are very tough as it is!


4. Remove the FRS XP penalty vs. Coverts



  • This will discourage players from abusing the group TEF bug and encourage more Overt play

  • This will also fix the bug where Coverts with a TEF can grant Jedi FRS XP

ARJUN seriously ????? This is the only thing we have going for us in a world that is our enemy 100% of the time our vehicals are destroyed easly .. This is also the only Reason i masterd the enhance tree if this gets nerf too on top of all the hits we took im done .. no one was screaming about this untill we were overt 100% of the time!!!!

i have 2200 frs exp i have killed dozens of overts at your 5x penalty idea all that work gone in one death...


in your model a overt imp and a DJK beat a light knight who do you think the db is gonna come from? the Overt cause it cost the light knight 5x the exp so a djk just has his overt friends hang back chank poisen and do as much damage as possible then bring in the overt for the DB and oh yes i cant run cause ill run out of force BAH!!


I said it in testing and im saying it now Forced PVP for exp is wrong and will cause much grief...


Simple fix light jedi have a way other then and more desireabel than killing people to gain exp


Dark jedi duel dark jedi for thier exp


problem solved !

That could happen, but then the dark jedi would not get his FRS XP. I know this idea would be strongly unpopular, and I haven't submitted anything to the devs, but recognize that there are plenty of Jedi very frustrated by the impossibility of killing a Jedi with Forcerun3.


What if Choke countered forcerun3, would that work?

i totally agree with teksas arjun are u kidding????


take us finally out of the GCW then everyone will be happy we should only fight ourselves.


Set us permateffed to each other Light enclave member vs Dark enclave member thats all u should do nothing else.


If u nerf Force run III i think everyone who took the enhancer tree and most of us did will be seriously pissed.

Im not cannonfodder for Poison/Disease throwing gtef groupmembers without a possibility to get away. Its already pure bs

like the way teksas describes it the FRS system is absolut crap.
