I logged in a little while ago, and the bug was there. I logged out, did a fullscan, logged back in, still there. Logged back out, did full scan again, same result. Once more, warping was still there, I think it might have something to do with today's patch, Devs, PLEASE, for the love of God, help!!

Yep still happening... actually far worse than it was before. The tier III missions are all but impossible now. ( on the third one )

Radeon users might wanna try installing the 4.3 Catalysts. I reverted from a newer driver to these and had 3 succesful logons in a row. Quitting the game, not running full scan and just reconnecting, worked twice in a tow. First time I've seen that, so it could be worth a shot.

I'm using 4.10s right now but If its really unplayable still today I'll give that a shot. Willing to try almost anything now.

I downloaded some driver from Radeon, dunno if it was a newer one or not, but when I get some time today, I'll try the 4.3 one.

I know its not as much fun looking, try dropping all the graphics options to minimum (and those changes the posted in that thread earlier (bump mapping, lower detail meshes, etc) -- and see if it helps. Sometimes this kind of lag is caused by the client getting out of sync from the server - and it sometimes can take the server awhile to realize you're out of sync and fix it. This combined with server side lag will drive you crazy! I could be wrong.. but what can it hurt to try; if you haven't already of course.

Same. In fact it seems worse.
Maybe SOE should just HOTFIX this issue ASAP.

Ok, here's another thing I tried.
If you have more than one USB controller (or any other device maybe), try yanking out the one you're not using. I had a Logitech Cordless gamepad
plugged in, alongside my j/s, and purely by accident I noticed that i don't get warping when it's unplugged.
This has had a 100% succes rate with me. I even changed back to the Cat 4.10's to see if it works, and I still don't get warping. However, what is REALLY strange though, is that I get slightly worse FPS with pad unplugged, than with it plugged in. I'll take the worse FPS over the warping any day though.
Even if you only have one USB controller, try unplugging it and start the game. It'd be useful information in our efforts to pintpoint this particular bug, since it appears that if it's going to get sovled, it's going to be by us.

This is a common problem on my machine but heres how I correct it. After the launchpad does its shibby, do a full scan then play. Its simple but thats the difference between warps and normal gameplay for me.
