ok wasn't sure what forum to put this in but thought best would be here.
I'm sure this has been mentioned before but im not goin back through a billion pages to find it ![]()
I open my planet map up and there's a little white/silver waypoint marker on it. I was wondering if this was something special?
When i take a shuttle or star port it disappears.

I think its the waypoint to the next planet. ususally in the middle of the map. ignore it

It's a waypoint that is placed by missions that do not have a real waypoint (like survey and hunting missions). I assume it is so they appear correctly in the datapad. They should probably be hidden on the planetary map, but go figure...

Just a general question... Do bonuses for counterattack/dodge/block apply when using weapons other than the tree that you gained the ability in? For example, will my +20 block from countersniping work with a two-handed curved sword in my hand, or just with a rifle?

From what I know it only works with the weapon you have equipped.

tarup wasn't asking about another melee weapon (your fists) but a rifle (countersniping)

I agree that they are universal mods, unlike the toughness and accuracy/speed mods.

Thanks guys, I thought they were universal, since it seems there's a small chance to evade/dodge/block/counterattack regardless of which weapon you have equipped.

Well the answer is kinda....lol....you still have to click the radial dial to select the command you want to train, but I have a full set of macro's for all of the commands themselves. It saves a lot of typing.
