You get the option to slice all kinds of strange things, even some broken items...

Yesterday during my first ever PvP raid I was fighting and noticed there was a person (rifleman) that I could not cycle my targetting reticle to. The only way I could target him was if I moved my mouse to him and click on his toon.
Then I looked and noticed he didn't show up on my radar screen.
Is there a reason for this within the game system, like was he "camoflaged" or was I "blinded" or what?

Thanks,
D'ahn

We craft certain animals, see the BE skill tree for a list, from scratch. They start out like deeds in your inventory. You can drop the deed in a house for a full size animal "statue" which has limited animations. Or you can have a creature handler tame it for you. We also make enhancements for chefs and tailors to use in their products, though we're still waiting for them to get fixed sometime this month. Oh, and there's the ever popular pet stims and vitality packs, which can be used by anyone but only on their pets.

That's the short version anyway.

Has anyone else found a squad of troopers and a squad of rebels facing off, where the troopers are trying to arrest them and a fight breaks out?

I found that today, but, since the devs have yet to make carbineer on par with the other combat classes, I barely failed it. The main rebel was almost saved, but a last ditch effort by a trooper knocked him out before he went down.I saved one rebel soldier, who wouldnt talk afterward.

Im thinking screw carbineer, Im close to finishing it and Ive seen Eye Shot kick WAY more ass than I can, and with FAR less HAM cost.

Time for a career change I think.

If I manage to stumble into this one again, Ill post coords, other than that, until I KNOW where it spawns often, no more info. Just wondering if anyone else has seen this one, first I ever heard of it was when I saw it.

Im thinking... courage.

Yeah. I've run into this. Though I wasn't aligned at the time. Additionally, I've seen the same scenario but with Jabba/Valarian thugs as well. I helped kill all the Valarians, but nothing happened. I wonder if your supposed to talk to them while they are bickering before hand.

What do BE's do exactly? Are you only able to create the pets but not control them? Do you have to have a tamed rancor for example and then use your skill to enhance them or do you grow them some how? I am really curious in the profession but don't have a clue what is offered.

Thank you in advance for any answers.

I was able to attack him... are you implying he should not have been?

You better not be lying!!

Seriously though, if cover is working like that in PvP (The way I secretly thought it ought to work) then I am very happy.

I have a few questions for some of you guys. I used to be a creature handler back when the game first came out and actually climbed pretty high in the profession. In my datapad now sits two Frenzied Grauls, two arachnae warriors and one webmaster.

After trying many professions, I have decided to return to what I set forth to be from the day I read about the game, a creature handler. The problem I have is that I cannot tame anything right now due to having more pets than I can officially store. Is there anyway to move these pets to a droid or person without transfer? Is my only option deleting these pets so I can raise my skills with taming? One last question, are they all extinct or can I find more?

I assume you are back to novice CH? You can have 4 in your datapad at novice-CH, so it might not be as bad as you think.

Your best bet is to delete down to 3 (I'll let other argue over the least effective of that group) and use that one pet slot to climb back up to the level where you can call your existing pets.

Frenzied Gaul babies are extinct.

Unfortunately you will have to get rid of at least 2 of them, as a novice you are allow 4 pets. You will also need to reserve a spot for future tames or fighting machines. May I suggest that if you have to get rid of them, get rid of one frenzied and one warrior and keep the other 3.
