So, in one minute a Jedi is capable of hitting a BH for 12,500 damage, and a BH is capable of hitting a Jedi for 5400 damage. The BH would've had to heal6 times just to be standing after a minute, while the Jedi would've only had to heal once.

Jedi: 12,500 damage per minute
BH: 5,400 damage per minute

This is why every PvP'er in his momma is pursuing Jedi. Jedi is most definitely not weaker than, nor even equal to a non-jedi class. I know a lot of Jedi would like it to appear so because they want even more power.

Almost but not quite Maura. Your BH will be hitting for 537 damage a pop. I took that number straight from your flickr combat log. Furthermore, the BH will be hitting more often than the Jedi because the BH enjoys the ranged advantage. Also, the BH CM will be attacking twice as often (at least) as the Jedi because of the faster weapon speeds they enjoy.

Also, Aura will bring a Mdefs defense to roughly 800. A non-MLS Mdef has 170ish Accuracy.

A MBH/MRM can come close to 300ish accuracy and 200 defense, and then use aim for an additional 250 accuracy and duelist stance for 250 defense.

Jedi: 170 Accuracy, 800 Defense

BH: 550 Accuracy , 450 Defense

Difference between Jedi accuracy and BH defense: 280

Between BH accuracy and Jedi Defense: 350

The amount of successful shots on either target won't be too drastically different, and is more than compensated by the fact that the BH fires twice as many shots in the same time period.

If 70% of a BH's shots were missing me, I'd be happy. But they aren't. I'm usually missing more than they are.

So to re-examine your minute of damage with more relevant information:

A jedi would attack 25 times for 500ish damage a pop for 12,500 damage total.

The BH would attack 25 times (crit or torso shot) for 500ish damage and 25 times for 200ish damage (ranged shot) for 17,500 damage total. This also assumes that the Jedi is in range for 100% of its attacks, which it most likely won't be, so we can cut off a few hits right there and since a lack of LoS affects both Jedi and the BH, any loss of attacks there is irrelevant.

So now the Jedi's dealt 10,000 to the BH's 17,5000 damage.

See what I said before about the actual hit to miss ratios and you'll see that BH don't miss nearly as many times as is necessary to come up with a solution favoring the Jedi.

your comparing us sololy to one BH template.

I just got done fighting 3 non jedi's at MO on Bloodfin. 2 of them where MCM's one being a BH. The three of them couldn't incap me and spent most of their time trying to kite. I had Drain, Thyroid, Infect, you name it layed on me. I incapped 1 of them 2 twice before friends showed up. of the 2 friends that showed I killed one (who got ressed right after) Still between the 5 of them they could kill me. I incapped one of the 5 times in ten minutes. I eventually was killed ( I got incapped 5 times in a spam of 1 minute and /bugged the non working triple incap) after 2 Jedi showed up with me at 15% force.

So compared to non Jedi I feel atleast that I am 1.5x more powerful.

My saber: 29 FC Mod spd 1.72 Dmg 548-644 SAC 95 my pearls/crystals
103 dmg 0.12 spd -4 FC Good pearl (Post CU looted and tuned), 103 dmg 0.12 Spd -5 FC Good Pearl (Post CU looted and tuned), 101 0.02 Spd -4 FC Quality Crystal (Post CU looted and tuned), 96 Dmg 0.18 Spd -4 FC Quality Crystal (Post CU looted and tuned) and Sunrider's Destiny.

I have yet to have a non Jedi win any fight with me 1v1.

ok all you Jedi that believe we are tough. Take a look at this video. This is ONE non jedi in multiple fights killing pre-cu Jedis. These Jedi's he's fighting are NOT new and have been around since day 1. Most of them were Masters in the FRS before FRS went to shiz.

Another thing people might want to take into consideration. Jedi now have alot more defenses and armor(inate). Pre-cu, Jedi were like china dolls in that they took ALOT of damage. People that uber weapons like a 1300 max dam. pike or something similar were taking down experienced full temp jedi in only a few hits. Jedi used to do more damage but also used to TAKE more damage. Trade offs.

ANYway.

Tonight we tried something. We all logged in our non Jedi's and beat up a group of Jedi from a distance. We had about 14 to 16. I'm guessing they had about 16 to 18. We held them off and won until we left the fight and met them all in Bestine. Everyone watch that video? Thats crazy stuff!

only time ive lost to a bh since the cu is when a bh hired a rebel overt jedi to fight me then came in and double teamed my ass. thats bout it. ive taken 3 ppl on at once and beaten them. ive even dueled a mcm/mbh and ill admit he was really good but i didnt heal once. the fight lasted for about 3min or more but all he had on me was the kite and a mls thats hampered by thyroid isnt that badly affected. learn your templates and you can beat mostly everyone but maybe a few jedi temps. im mls, 4340def, 4000heal, 4002 enhance
