I don't think there should be 'Dark Jedi' because then they really aren't Jedi. They should have a Sith class for those who want to be all 'evil' and stuff.

should something like this ever occur, to who posted on the second or third page about bounties and "penalties/punishments" for the other alphas:

if i'm not mistaken, there are/have been talks of putting player bounties in game, based on pvp rating. I mean, as a bounty hunter... you don't just hunt jedi, you hunt regular Joes that owe jabba money and whatnot( getting the picture? ). So for an easy fix (which SOE loves) they could implement player bounties, with the same setup as jedi, for all the apha classes. problem solved, everyone gets griefed!

to stay on topic, effing awesome ideas. would be great to see some version of this concept come to pass.

I think there should definitely be other elite classes that players can aspire to. That would give alot more variety than everyone just going for jedi.

Dark trooper would be cool too.

Or even by race like Wooks becoming Wookiee Berserkers or something cool... since wooks wouldnt be able to become mandalorians or imp inquisitors.

I wish there were Jedi Prestige Points that they could lose instead of Jedi xp. They could be used as a pre-requisite for Knight. I think it would amazing if the females could be Nightsisters as well. The Prestige Points could be used to obtain things like padawans (pet) once you make knigtht, and their development could be a factor in making Guardian and Master. I wish they would bring backBounty Hunter Groups(consisting of non-BHs grouped with the BH).

The problem about jedi is that it's an alpha class... Such things are slowly killing MMORPGs. Even if the idea is very nice (I actually started a thread a couple mounths ago with alpha classes proposalssuch as Manalorian, Nightsisters and Droids), this is not good for the game. Being an alpha class would be the goal of everybody. With Jedi it's alreay the case and that's why the nerf bat hits so hard and so often. They're trying to correct the error it was to put an alpha class in this game.
