Why don't people understand, that force sensitive is not meant to be easy? You want to be a force sensitive crafter? good for you, get the xp thats required.
I don't have a problem with the large amount of xp required. I have a problem with the fact that a master level crafter cannot simply "play the game" and let xp accumulate. Because a master level crafter only crafts what they can sell, and does almost all of it in a factory, we get 0 xp for "playing the game". We have to stop "playing the game", and start "grinding the game" again, just like novices.
We need to get our full factory xp back, as well as have usage xp implemented galaxy-wide. I was "playing the game" this weekend - I sold over 25 million credits worth of merchandise from Friday night to Monday afternoon, and made 50 suits of composite and over 300 personal shield generators. Do you know how much armor crafting xp I have, with literally thousands of pieces of armor in use by my server's population and hundreds of thousands of resources consumed this weekend alone? Zero.
I'm "playing the game", and I'm not getting anywhere at all. Not even at a snail's pace.
It's okay though, starting tonight I'm finally giving in to the AFK 3rd party macro. If I get banned, I get banned. Two fewer accounts for SOE, and no skin off my nose.
YOu know if you stand next to your factory, you'll get 10% of crafting XP? don't you?

As of last night, that wasn't the case. I was standing around four factories that were churning out comp chest plates, helmets, pants, and boots. No xp.

seems pretty pointless you even getting jedi if your only intrested in macroing it, what you going to with jedi stick him near muggers on macro when you find out how much xp you need to advance.
FS != Jedi. Besides, combat xp is cake. I can cap on 900K pistol xp in about an hour with my alt.
hrm..math time.....900k divided by 5k per creature max, is 180 critters.....thats 3 critters per minute killed....not including walktime and spawn time......so whats this about an illegal 3rd party macro crafting, sounds like you have an illegal weapon xp macro too, or something....
it does not seem possible to max 900k of pistol xp in an hour.
and stil have the ability to gripe about grinding....one who apparently has mastered grinding blindly...
especially pistol xp, ugh
so anyway i finaly earned enough XP for my first box today, all excited like (i got no free unlocks) i put all that xp into reflexes thinking that because i have already payed for the novice reflexes that i could learn it as i wished, then i was much saddend to find out that i couldnt learn it so i have essentualy wasted all the xp that took me a week to get, jedi is sposed to be hard, but grinding is not hard its just tedious now ill probably get flamed for this but maybe if the devs upped the ratios jsut a tiny bit (shaddap all you jedi who wanna be the only ones
oh well thats my two cents
oh btw i see people say they get 900k xp in an hour i just dont see how that is even possible the most i get from a lair is about 15 if i do hurton huntresses on dantooine, at about 4600xp 69k xp per lair, oh well maybe someone can inlighten me on a quicker router.
thanks for listening to a first time poster long time player =)
900k an hour is possible with a good spawn but more normal is 900k and 150k combat per buff session. Well in my grind it is.
