Sorry but this is about the GCW. Takeing me out of it takes the whole reason why I play this game. To those of you who think Jedi are all powerful has no clue about how to play this game. Any Master swordsman with a deceant powerhammer and CM or any Melee stacker can pwn a jedi at any given time. Learn how to play against all templates and quit whineing. I do not want my game to be left with just duels and guild wars if that is what you want then you do it. Don't force me into what you want.Now I had to bold this in your response as this is not a mean for your arguement, come CURB there will be no stacker, so what do we all do now. just let the jedi win everytime.
Yes jedi is hard to obtain but that is your choice to do so not all our choice. personally I did the grind and have the dark jedi knight but at no time do I think just because I have a jedi I am supposed to be granted special rights over the greater good of the game. You only want the jedi for one thing and one thing only to OWN your opponent, well let me let you on to something the CURB is being delivered to us to prevent any one player from doing this solo.
Jedi can solo and can solo with great efficiency. As things stand now there are not single jedi running around there are LARGE packs of them and this is a game breaker. The DEVS most assuredly know this and we can assume a change will be brought upon us. Instead of being brought to complete uselessness how about we step back and let things change for the better. Yes let jedi fight in the GCW but bring HUGE and DEADLY responses to those choices. If it means an instant spawn of 12 nova troopers so be it, this way those jedi in the GCW have content but have to be very smart about their powers as a jedi.
PLEASE SPARE US THE CRYING ABOUT HOW HARD YOU WORK OR HOW LONG IT TOOK, IT WAS MEANT TO BE HARD AND I PERSONALLY THINK IT IS STILL WAY TO EASY TO OBTAIN.
You are missing the point here altogether. It was meant to be hard however there was also reward for that as well and that reward is I am SUPPOSED to be stronger than any other who can master their proffession in a couple of days. I chose to do this yes this is a true statement as well. Again however I chose to do this knowing I would be rewarded for my efforts and that reward is being stronger than you the normal proffession. SO SPARE US YOUR CRYING ABOUT HOW WE SHOULD BE TAKEN OUT OF THE GCW CAUSE YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO PLAY YOUR TOON. I CHOSE TO PLAY IT KNOWING IT IS GOING TO BE DIFFICULT YET REWARDING AND THAT REWARD IS TO BE STRONGER THAN ANY OTHER PROFFESSION.
Funny, I chose to do it, "Knowing" that the reward was that I would be able to play the role of a Jedi.
We can all make claims as to what the "Reward" is supposed to be, but the overall enjoyment of the game for ALL players is more important than what you or I percieve to be our deserved rewards.
I'm not saying Jedi are over-powered.
In my opinion, this game would simply be better if Jedi were not such a huge part of the GCW.
I say that both as a Jedi and as a regular profession player since launch.
These are all only opinions, but eventually we have to see beyond our own opinions and come to some tough decisions for the better of all... even in games.

I'm sick of these posts of having Lightside and Darkside faction and not being part of the GCW.
The Jedi were nearly destroyed by the Empire, who is the leader of the Empire?
A Sith Lord and his Dark Apprentice, if you hit Knight just deal with the Perma-Overt, you don't like it, don't become a Knight.
I do believe the Dark Jedi should have no allegiance, they should be able to kill anyone one that's overt, even their own faction.
How many times have you seen Vader kill an incompetent Imperial?

Am pro for Light/Dark War AND/OR giving a negative FRS for killing normal players. I believe we should still be able to engage in combat at some level. Either way, the over Knight system NEEDS to go and go now.

see your not thinking about the over all game here. Think about it what would you do if you were not a jedi and wanted to be involved in the GCW and there are roaming packs of jedi that compeltly tear you up as soon as you go overt??
Probably either A. Not perticipate in the GCW until you were a jedi.
Or B. Leave the game.
This is hurting the player community and its hurting the GCW, please think of the over all picture here. This thread is not people whineing because there jedi is overt and people are attackingthe jedi not its about groupsof jedi killing non jedi like durni's.
Yes i realize its fun for awhile but what will you do when there is nobody left to kill and only jedi roaming around with only the occassional Combat medic or docters?

Not everyone is a defense stacker with LS PSG with them.
The problem is you shoudl not be FORCED to have a certain templete if you expect to PvP its not right. Also incase you forgotten Defense stacker is going AWAY so what then??
Again incase you dont understand im not talking about 1 vs 1 play im talking 10 15 20 JEdi in groups

Have you not seen the problem yet then if your not a jedi?? unless your on a very low populated server where it isnt overwehelming yet you maybe dont notice it.
Try going to other servers and try being overt there with anything other than defense stacker and see how long you last. perferbly pick the larger servers like bria.
Some servers the Knight ratio is rather still low however the PvP ratio of people is still rather low so you cant really put up a fair argument there since on a heavy populated server there might be 10 Knights to every 100 people vs a non populated server 1 knight to every 10 people. Maybe less knights there but still in large packs there currently isnt many ways to stop them other than a very large group of stackers/melee with a ton of DOT's and that to will be getting nerfed down in the CU the DOT's, so it will be no more stacking AND no more dots.

You are not forced to do anything so quit your whineing. Am I FORCED to go Doc because of CM'S or am I FORCED to go Ranged and kite away from that overpowered Powerhammer? No. I learn how to play the game. Jedi are supposed to be more powerful than a non- Jedi but any Melee Stacker or CM can take out a Jedi, yet a Doc/ranged can take out the melee stacker/CM. Learn how to play.
