Erm...you do realize that most people who do this are doing so when they wouldn't be playing anyway, right? Like when they're sleeping or at work or whatever. So they're not paying $15 a month not to play the game. They're playing when they want to and leaving BH bait out when they don't feel like it.

It works, but that wasn't your original argument. Your original argument was that it is an exploit. Whether we jedi believe that it actually works or not, is not up to you, it's up to us.

It's not an exploit, so why keep making a fool out of yourself?

Get over yourselves. There is very little reason for BHs hunting Jedi. Do you honestly think you're controlling the jedi population? I remember when there were names on the terminals. I'd check them with my bh every time I passed them by. I recall seeing names go from 40k, 80k, 124k, 224k within the months. They were on the terminals the entire time, but did they stop? No. Could you have made them stop? No. Get over yourselves. You're doing nothing but wasting a jedi's time. Most grinding paddys would be done a favor if they're killed. Then they can grind uninterrupted now that they're off the terms. So please stop wasting our time, and maybe we'll stop wasting yours.

lol try R-e-a-d-i-n-g... it's not that I've stopped playing.... but when I'm at work or in bed, my toon stays on.... when i get to the keyboard, I play....

as soon as you start paying my subscription you can start telling me how to play... til then, shut up

i'd be careful about going afk in a house spamming clever comments for BHs if they turn up.

if the BH reports this to a CSR they might think "hoho we have a comedian here, i'll show them who's funny" and kick you out. has happened a few times that i know of.

my personal preference if i was to do this is add an alt to admin with entrance fees ability, set fee to 50k for 2 seconds and hide somewhere it takes longer to get LOS and run it

no idea if it would work but it might be a way to make some money out of it too

Did you seriously say that? And do you seriously believe that? Your childish logic may work on the other idiots but anyone with a shred of intelligence can easily see through it.

- Jedi staying ingame or out of game does not remove visibility. Once again, this is the kind of logic a child produces to get away with stuff. I'm not saying you're a child but you are certainly taking the stance of one. And dont pretend like you do it for visibility.90% of the Jedi that posted have flat out said they do it to grief others.

Devs may or may not get rid of macro's. I'm just saying that would be the easiest way for them to correct this problem. Any other kind of fix would cause too many bugs or other problems. It's up to them what course of action they take. But being foolish would be thinking they will NOT remove it just because they have not removed it yet.

And if you think this is not a problem, you should wake up. If things like this was something the game was designed to do, then "offline" jedi would still appear on the terminals. At this point it's still under the radar as only the most immature Jedi participate in it. Thankfully a large majority of Jedi can still be adults about it. Which is why it has no seen much attention from the Dev's.

Trust me, ALOT of the ATK entertainers feel griefed when they lose credits they could have earned to a "bot-tainer"...

And many BH's have flat admitted that they hunt Jedi for the grief, not the money or the hunt...you don't see the player bounty system being changed, do you? Same argument.

no, the easiest way would be to go ahead and take away the whining from doth sides.... Take out this player bounty system, Give BH's NPC Jedi to hunt, and send high end NPC BH's for Jedi.... problem solved. But as long as these two professions are pitted against each other as we currently are, both sides will continue to find the best ways to "stick it" to the other....

i usually do /logout and switch over to my alt and leave him afk, then wehn i want to play my jedi it onlys takes 20secs to load him in. much safer this way than leaving jedi afk.
