honestly you dont look very jedi like yourself, the clothes look pretty expensive and way to "flashy" for a jedi. My jedi is a light jedi, wears the alliance medal of honor, uses the bane's heart crystal (atleast untill i can get my kenobi's legancy), and dresses all in black with black face tatoo's, who are you to say what a jedi would wear?

I disagree with you on my clothes looking "flashy". The colors are very base, like the Jedi from the movies wore, but thats your opinion and of course your entitled to it. If tan, dull white, and brown is what you consider flashy, so be it. But to set you straight on one matter, I'm not saying what people should or shouldnt wear, I'm saying that someJedi's choice ofappearance is simply un-SW(at least, according to the movies and books I've read). If you dont care about that, thats fine, but its still true.

im saying that the clothes you chose to wear would draw more attention to you rather than let you blend in. Secondly ive always been a fan of letting people wear and do what they want in game in order to make their gameplay more fun.

I think I have to agree.

Ofcourse, we cannot do much about how people wear... although there might be ways to avoid Jedi who is not "the most serious mind".

--- Cancelled 24th November 2006
Reason: The lack of multiplayer pve content and Star Wars feel.
For 3 years I have tried to find excuses to stay in game but only the expansions offered me what I subscribed for in the first place: A multiplayer Star Wars pve experience with friends around the globe. I found friends but with almost no addition of pve content they dropped out one by one. Now it's my turn.

Hey, thats fine. But your either missing or ignoring my point. I'm NOT saying people shouldnt be able to choose what they wear, I'm just saying that as a Jedi, some choices are completely un-SW(according to the movies and books). You've decided to go off on a tangeant about people's freedom and right to do and wear what they want, perhaps to make yourself look cool, but the truth of the matter is I never challenged that. All I said was that it is not the number of Jedi in this game that ruin the feeling of SW for ME, it is how many of them choose to both dress and act in a manner that is as far away from the Jedi of the story of SW(again, from the movies and books)as they can.

That was slightly before the time this game is set in... and Obi Wan is dead because of his robes!

Ha! I hope your not actualy being serious by saying that pic doesnt apply because it was "before" the time of this game. This game is set BETWEEN ANH and TESB, so the way people dressed really didnt change between ANH and this game. Secondly, Obi-Wan is not dead because of his robes. The events of ANH would have happened exactly the same had he been wearing a bikini(though that would not have been pretty).

I agree with what your saying completely. But like you said there is a large population that is exactly like that guy. Since I enjoy the starwars feel of things I can really say not much gives me that anymore.PCs most of all. This is probably the reason i prefer solo content to group. I don't blame the devs for ruining this game. I blame the Players doing what they shouldn't be. Freedom of choice yes, but at what cost??????

What jedi shouldnt be able to wear what they want? Seems to me if he doesnt want to dress like a jedi then let him. It would be boring to wear the same thing all the time, after all Dont get me wrong Im a roleplayer myself but I see nothing wrong with dressing or acting in the way you feel. LIke I said, that would get boring

Yeah I agree with those things.. especially the imp wookiee thing. Zabrak or Twi'lek maybe but wookiees are supposed to be slaves to the Empire.. (sorry this post is off the point)
