I just wish the krayts were spawning on my server (Bria) so I could continue to improve my saber.

After mine and the other guys 300 we are talking over 500+ pearls and not one of them tuned near perfect much less 4 of them.
Do you think there is any chance that a Post Cu Jedi has put in the same amount of grinding XP an when hes done actually know what each skill does?

sorry to say this, but if your looking for sympathy, wrong forum.
btw, pre-cu, tuned 344 pearls/crystals, only 4 of which were premiums, and those tuned to crap. so you have 200+ to go to match my investment in pearls and crystals(btw, only pearls i bought were the prem's and they tuned to 20/20 ish -9 precu)
so, you have a good start, keep at it, everyone who has done the "ive tuned 5 pearls and they all suck" posts need to think about this, average cost of a "perfect" saber is probably 600mil ish at 1.5 mil for a good pearl, 20 for a prem, and 100 for a flawless.

very sry to hear about this... =/ i woud b furious as well farming krayts for a LONG time to get 92 pearls and all of them tune to complete S-H-I-T, but pre cu... i tuned alot of pearls, prems and flaws only... i hve over 45 and out of that... i had only 4 good tunes (non perfect tune) i used... and then about another 3-4 "decent" tunes that can b used in my 1h saber... i also hunted for my pearls and i gave up trying to get better then wat i had as the tunes just got worse and worse... =/

don't you all realize how unbalanced a perfect sabre is or even a close to perfect sabre, maybe none of you realize that, but literally aside from a few specials (sniper shot, last ditch which have many negatives to the abilities) jedi can hit for the most dmg of any profession with a sabre like your asking for, and for your information i was hunting krayts pre cu, took me 3minutes per giant with an exceptional lva and a alt on a t21 strafe macro, and i used to farm them for5-8 hours a day from the start of the krayt boom till the start of the cu, don't even start comparing time spent like you made it out to be a big deal.

I estimated that the good pearl would be a 1000 roll dice for a perfect tune. If this data was presented to the devs they would only say yes we see it and its worknig correctly and your own data would support it. As for krayte hunting for premiums prior to CU, yea there was a ton of time involved in hunting kraytes when you had to buff up for it and fly around finding no kraytes for many buff sessions.
But... now they have made kraytes harder by giving them resists to things they are harder and should be adjusted in CL to match their new difficulty. Their CL wont be high enough to drop premiums but maybe quality's which would be a step at least in the right direction.

or perhaps you think , hey if a dev reads this he might feel sorry and got some peeps to work on it again.
face it dude , if you wanna play a jedi go for kotor or jedi academy. don't waste subscription every month hoping that someday everything will be fixed
this game is on it's death bed , where it should be imo
be smart now and just give up!

I agree. Thank you for taking what must have been a large amount of your personal time to give us more data on pearl tuning. I don't understand why some jedi feel the need to attack you for it. I honestly don't understand.

Probably not. Most likely the next person's results will be worse. At least the original poster got ONE decent pearl out of them all.
