i have looked and cant seem to find anything but i am a tkm with jedi and wondering does it use teh higher inate armro or will it jsut start using jedi inate once i have a mod for it with a ls equiped?

Hmm. I don't know the answer to that, I don't have a jedi character. I suppose you've already checked the jedi forums. Intuitively, I would guess that you will get the benefit of whatever defense is higher, innate or jedi.

no it wouldnt work because u can only have a cybernetic put in by an npc doctor

I haven't tried it myself, but I believe that I have read in several threads that innate armor works with any weapon equipped as long as you are not wearing any armor.

You are correct. However, certain weapons will lower the effectiveness on your innate armor. Go to Ctrl + C and start equiping different weapons and compare your stats with what they are when you are completely unarmed. You'll see how weapons slow you down.

Has anyone determined for sure whether or not innate armor works without holding a saber, say for instance holding a 2h sword?
I'm thinking of dropping all my jedi skill except for defender and some healer for swordsman. I'm pretty fed up with sabers right now.

Does the jedi inate armor only work while holding a saber? If i have tka does the more powerfull defences take effect regardless of the weopon im holding?

My character is a master smuggler/master carbineer. Due to RPing purposes, I don't like to wear armor when not on official duty (and sometimes even then) so I'm interested in innate armor. However, with my template I only have enough skill points to get either TK 0400 or TK 0040. Now, my question is this. Will one tree of innate armor be effective at all, or should I just accept the damage or wear armor?
