No apologies required, Tiggs - as far as I am concerned, what you post on your own time is your own business. It was nice to see you interacting with the community and the inconvenience of having to scroll through a few messages in the Dev Tracker is too minor to complain about. Tiggs, i know your catching alot of heat in the Jedi Forums ... but this reply you posted demonstrates that your reading this post ... and this is the best you can do?


this has been summed up by many posters, much more eloquently, but the crux of our frustration is this:


it takes what, 15m xp to master a profession in Jedi ... you guys go and change the entire system around, dramatically alter skill sets, then expect us to be happy. Are you aware that a BH with a Squad Leader buff can now shoot a Jedi for over 7k of dmg? and yet, a Master Powers Jedi will be Snared by using Cloak? AI is snared, and uses so much Force it is nearly useless. You kick the stuffing out of a template that takes a working person months to build ... then wonder why community relations are destroyed.


These 5 questions are symbolic of the frustration we (anyone playing the game since 2003) have been dealing with for so long. The decision was made to take the game we'd been paying for and playing for over a year, and DRAMATICALLY change the functional dynamics ... all in the name of Balance. Well, you tell me ... is 7k per shot balanced when i only have 3100 base health?


CMON ... GET US ANSWERS!!! STOP CHANGING OUR SKILL SETS or allow us to respec everytime you change a core component!!!


It is afterall a game, we just hate having the rules changed while we are playing it.

Personal attacks are going to get you now where. It does not make how your feeling and or the problems you have (as they are VERY Real) any less valid. If your feel yourself start to insult a mod or anyone for that matter then you do need to step away. Be vocal about your issues and complaints just be constructive.

I apologized this morning for the shape of DevTracker this weekend perhaps you missed it. Are you going to apologize for your post that is trolling as well? =P


I am sorry Tiggs but all your post did clutter up the DEV tracker and many including myself did not understand why the servers were taken down Sunday. A apologize is not needed, a way to keep the DEV tracker with information is.

If it is considered trolling to post our concers to the company we are paying then ban me.







The forums were ablaze the last five days. Tiggs did an excellent job of rediriection and put out those fires, and a lot of it was done ON HER OWN PERSONAL TIME.

She has a family and still takes from her own personal time to interact with the community on nights, weekends, and even when she is on vacation.

I can tell you from personal experience that it is a gift to have an employee that has her level of commitment to customer service, and you should be ashamed for jumping on her for caring about her work.

Next time you feel that the Dev tracker is "too cluttered" take some time to find out why the posts were made before you condemn.


There is such a thing as being a good customer.
