I've often been critical of Tiggs, but give her a break folks. She apologized for messing up the Dev Tracker. What she did technically isn't wrong - she was on her own time, having fun and blowing off some steam. We all need that from time to time.


As for the 5 answers - don't expect much, This has been tried a number of times since launch, with the answers usually being one of three standard responses:


1) It is working as intended


2) We will have to look into that


or


3) This will be part of an upcoming publish (formerly the CURB was used at times)


The Devs are busy trying to get TTOW to work - heck, ROTW *still* has mission/quest bugs and has been around 6 months!


So stop shooting the messenger. I've come to realize that we all have faults, and you need to accept that of people and then decide who the "good guys" and "bad guys" are. Tiggs is definitely one of the "good guys"..er...."good gals".

I am sorry Tiggs but all your post did clutter up the DEV tracker and many including myself did notunderstand why the serverswere taken down Sunday. A apologize is not needed, a way to keep the DEV trackerwith information is.


If it is considered trolling to post our concers to the company we are paying then ban me.

But don't you see the problem?


We have been waiting for months for important answers to important questions.


Weare told consistently to ask our questions on the forums where they will be read and answered by SOE.


We do so but get no replies except for the standard rebuffs you have already printed.


Tiggs says she is the person who will get us our answers. However, for one reason or another, she just doesn't perform - see her post about pearl drops, for an example of what I mean.


Either she doesn't take us seriously or else the Devs don't take her seriously. And so we continue to be treated like mushrooms. This would be so bad except the profession which has a licence to interrupt our gameplay not only gets answers but also real changes arising from those answers - a new mark/loot system, new ways to configure their template, new weapons from both expansions... AND THEY CAN'T EVEN FIX GRAND KRAYTS TO DROP PEARLS? So no wonder many of us have no faith in Tigg's achievements or professionalism.

It was a friggin SATURDAY!!!! For cripes sake, lighten up. We ALL took chunks out of Tiggs on Saturday and maaaaybe she wanted to blow off some steam on the forums with some levity. Man....you people would make me rich. I have a nice stock of coal here you could turn to diamonds for me.

While I can sympathize with Tiggs position I have to say this is amazingly frustrating. I have not seen anything to suggest that She is unprofessional just the opposite, instead what I have noticed is that SOE really has an apathy towards the paying customer. I do not expect them to reason with a 12 year old or the 5 paragraph rant laced with inappropiate personal attacks. It has become painfully clear that SOE just doesn't care if a person stays or goes and that is the most troubling part. I sent Tiggs a message with my concerns and current problems and a straight question, "Tell me why I should keep playing this game" This is a question consumers ask stores all the time in some form or another and the smart stores (Nordstrom or Nintendo For example) always have an answer on why you should stick with them. Instead the response I recieved was "That is a decision you have to make for yourself I make that choice all the time with the games I play". There is nothing unprofessional about the answer it is just a sad commentary on the Compnaies culture. This division of Sony certainly doesn't have that mentality(anyone who has dealt with the Playstation service requests knows that it is not isolatedto that division)Tiggs is certainly not all to blame here as it seems the company in which she is employeed has a very bad Service attitude and that can only filter down to it's employees that being said it also does not excuse her from generally not caring one way or the other.


All they need to do is come out with a clear vision and explain where they are taking the community and I think 80 percent of the community would settle down. If they combined that withfixing long standing issues instead of constantly revamping people would bemuch easier to deal with. People are never going to be happywith as much time is invested in a Jedi characterand not being able to play it without being killed and or harrased. With a dwindling Population on most servers I do not think SOE will be devoting more resources to this game and that is the saddest part of this hole situation.
