Thread: reguarding force Cloke
You lose to a duel so you go cry, its pathetic.
The other guy didnt need to run 20m, nor was it lag, exploits, mystic elephants or anything else.
The goon was grouped with the other guy! Group membersdont effect cloaking, cover-up, visibility or other stuff. Thats the whole point of being in a group - peopleon your team!
If he doesnt like this - then the simple solution is either dont group!
People like this annoy the hell out of me because if anything "unexpected" happens they cant think about it and they just cry exploit on the forums. All this moaning makes it seem things are worse than they are, but also it has the serious effect of wasting peoples time - especially DEVS time! They have to waste their time reading some morons problems and they actual key stuff they need to know gets diluted by all this drivel.

it is 21m. so what probably happened is the jedi was a dabbler which is why he was getting beat silly, he kd'd the guy then force ran and cloaked. you cannot "cloak right in front of someone unless they are grouped with you.
cloaking while in combat is not an exploit. if you are cloaking inside 21m of a non-grouped being that would be either a bug or an exploit. but i can garauntee that this person was atleast 21m away before he hit cloak.
please STOP telling CHILDISH 'SELECTIVE TRUTHS' to cover up your own stupidity.
You are forgetting to mention that you were dumb enough to stay grouped with him while you were dueling , if he cloaked right in front of you, this is the ONLY way it could have happened, because of your own stupidity.
i bet you NEVER told the CSR that you were dumb enough to stay grouped with him?
stop trying to nerf, and spreading rumours of exploiting because you do not know how to play !

Who are those two CSRs? They need to be reported for passing on such absurd lies about cloaking being an exploit, it most certainly is not. Now attacking while cloaked, yes. But cloaking in combat is NOT an exploit.
Don't blame the CSRs on this case. The poster gave half information. He basically told them that the person cloaked before 32m WITHOUT telling the CSRs that he was grouped with the person. The devil is in the details and the CSR can only go on what details the person tells them. And from the information the poster gave the CSRs the CSRs were correct. Now if the poster wasn't fishing for the answer he wanted to hear, and told the CSRs he was grouped with the person and still gave that answer then I say blame the CSR.

I've noticed the OP hasn't popped up with a comment since he revealed his own idiocy (that he was grouped with the other player during the duel). I group with duelling partners, too, but that's so we can talk without spamming the neighborhood, among other things.
And isn't it customary when dueling to state some groundrules beforehand, e.g., "No DB" or "No cloaking", especially in a so-called "friendly duel".
And, I apologize beforehand, but I can't take someone seriously who can't be bothered with taking the time to use proper spelling and grammar, or even to proofread what they've written. Makingan occasional mistake, like writing "there" when you meant "their" or "they're", is one thing (typically corrected in a proofread), but the OP was so rife with errors, at first I thought it was a joke.
Then I realized it is a joke, but of a completely different sort than I first thought.
