lol at the OP. it always kills me when people say 'exploit' and then 'i don't want any nerfs'. sure you do. its not a skill you can use, so any use that is detrimental to you is therefore an exploit that you want nerfed. get over yourself. you didn't talk to a csr and no csr told you this was an exploit. the only way this could possibly be an exploit is if the jedi was cloaking within 20m of you or his cloak was not breaking and he was beating you while cloaked.
also, please refrain from saying 'this is not how this skills was intended to be used'. none of us were at the dev meeting where they laid out these skills and said, 'hey, wouldn't it be a good idea to give Powers users a skill that cloaks?' you do not know what they intended when they gave jedi cloak.
jedi with cloak don't have as stong of defenses....they can run and regen. why were you not regened by the time he came back? its not like he can run away and regen and keep you from doing the same, can he? whatever, you simply suck at playing your jedi, can't use tactics and want cloak nerfed because its not a skill that benefits you, so it must be too strong.

I've noticed the OP hasn't popped up with a comment since he revealed his own idiocy (that he was grouped with the other player during the duel). I group with duelling partners, too, but that's so we can talk without spamming the neighborhood, among other things.
And isn't it customary when dueling to state some groundrules beforehand, e.g., "No DB" or "No cloaking", especially in a so-called "friendly duel".
And, I apologize beforehand, but I can't take someone seriously who can't be bothered with taking the time to use proper spelling and grammar, or even to proofread what they've written. Makingan occasional mistake, like writing "there" when you meant "their" or "they're", is one thing (typically corrected in a proofread), but the OP was so rife with errors, at first I thought it was a joke.
Then I realized it is a joke, but of a completely different sort than I first thought

Cloak and stasis are both of the same kinda idea, render your opponent unable to attack you allowing you
to gain the upper hand. Cloak is cool like Mace Windu (just before he lost his arm)
There is too much hatred around these forums because some people arent learning how to use there template
correctly, takes practise to become skilled at PvP.
To know your enemy. You must first know yourself.
Learn now before the FRS comes back on and you get owned.

so lets sum this up..
your a master defender.. he is a master powers.. he beats you because he cloaked within 20 meters of you.. you scream nerf because you lost and he cheated..
now the truth comes out.. you were grouped and regardless of dueling.. grouping allows people to use things like cloak and cover.. so he cloaks and then beats you down.. you came here trying to put the events in question in your favor and got called out on it..
lessons learned here today.. if dueling, dont be in a group with a master powers jedi, as he can and will cloak to beat you..
lesson number 2 learned today.. if your master defender and you actually lose to a master pwoers jedi, please stop playing jedi as you really suck at it..
you must be a respec jedi who never actually played it but got full tem by wookie world xp.. yeah.. stop calling for nerfs on something you know very little about..
