Thread: IMPORTANT BH HAVE BEEN ATTACKING IN GROUPS on a single jedi!!!! READ I HAVE PROOF!!!

.... Because of two things:
1. the terminal changes were made specifically to prevent BH from selecting a specific target (normally a low level padawan) and to prevent multiple BH from attacking the same target.
2. using a hole in the system to circumvent theintended mechanics of the game intentionally..... makes it an exploit plain and simple.
if two BH happen to get the same mission unintentionally for example they both run up to a picket lair and see their mark spinning the lair and at that time notice they both have the same mission that IS NOT an exploit its just bad luck for the jedi.
However these people are selecting specific missions from the terminals (they dont even need to send a droid up to do it).
THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF SHODDY PROGRAMING TO CREATE A CIRCUMSTANCE THAT'S NOT ONLY UNINTENDED, THERE HAVE BEEN CHANGES MADE TOPREVENTTHAT SPECIFICACTION.
you should hit your screen shot button, submit a bug report and contact a CSR each time it happens. The exploiters will be warned and because the temptation is to great they will probably continue to do the same thing. SO it needs to be reported every time it happens. they will then either start punishing the people involved or change the system.
The problem is you cannot be sure, so they will never do anything. I had 2 missions in 2 days where myself and another BH started attacking a jedi at roughtly the same time, and I had never talked to either one of them before, and one was even in my guild !! You just can not be sure that this was the case so there is no way for you to prove this.
i am sure it was the same three guys within ten mins of the last attack of the other guy on a different planet
how do youPROVE this is what im wondering, how is it different than spamming the terminal at the MO looking for Bols in the N only ??

by definition it is an exploit. It is not only unintended there have been steps taken by sony to try to prevent it. take a moment to review your terms of service and end user license agreement. and you will see that it is indeed an exploit. It is not part of being a jedi it has nothing to do with being a jedi. there are people not bounty hunters on the other side of the connection that are harassing you as a person not as a cartoon by doing such things. you are bound to unwanted pvp as a jedi yes. but pvp is supposed to be balanced (to a point). jedi are supposed to be stronger that is the intent of SOE and mr. Lucas himself when he created jedi. and as a full template jedi that gets hunted daily (and unlocked pre-9) I can honestly say that jedi have a slight advantage in 1 on 1 pvp against a full template BH. I win about 70% of the time which is about right. because i dont have a great saber Im only 625max with a 27fc (yes i said 27 I have lousy luck with tunes always have)
but 1 jedi against 2or more fully prepared and equiped BH is not winnable. (I dont consider running into a lake and logging a win).

good point i would definately wager that because of this the whole bh vs jedi dynamic of this game will be scrapped becasue it causes too much contention, hate, to many oppurtunities to exploit and so forth. So keep on keeping on doing it for now because the end of it will soon come.
This is not an exploit....Its just coordination.
If the devs wanted BH vs Jedi to be 1 on 1 then they would only have 1 mission per Jedi on the terminals.....the thing is...the more visability you have the more missions you have.
They didn't remove the names of Jdi to make it 1 v 1 but to keep certain people from hunting the same 60k bounty padawan over and over and over.
Oh and when did they change the BH terminal set up?.................Cause I used to get hunted by 5 man gank squads constantly when the names were on the terms....and I dealt with it....there was a disclaimer that described becoming a Jedi...it said you will be hunted by other players........2 BH came for you at the same time?.....well I guess thats just TFB.................Deal with it.

Actually the tunes are totally random. There is and never was guarnteed tunes based on the quality of the component.........
I tuned a Flawless to 0/0 0fc.....the 4 components in my sabre are all over 100 dmg and at -9fc...yet only 1 is a premium pearl.........out of 50 premiums tuned or so
(I've tuned close to 300 components altogether to get the 4 I have in my sabre now)
Ituned a good crystal to 101/101 -9fc the other day....that replaced the 100/100 -7fcpoor crystal I had in my sabre.....its quantity not quality.

Yeah but the overall chance to get a perfect tune (all 3 stats being good) increases with higher quality. (At least it was that way pre-cu) I tuned about 40 premium perls to get the saber i have now, and got anything from 12/12 to 50/50 and the force cost inbetween.
Right now Tiggs statement that you can get good tunes from "good" crystals too is plainly wrong. There is like NO chance to get all 3 stats good from a good perl/crystal. Maybe you get 100 damage but -3 force or -0.29 speed but low damage. You name it.
