Cannot heal while being hit with disarming shot. Since force heals take a combat action, disarming shot prevents us from healing. I consider this a bug and not an issue.

Force Costs on Powers is too high for a 'viable alternative to sabers'
Mind Cost on Force Heals, They are called Force Heals... Not Force and Mind Heals (Irony isn't it?)
Force Suppression often not executing following an Advanced Saber Throw
Timer of Force Heals are too slow, Sometimes Macro's/Queued Specials overwrite the heal.
Force Running without the Damage Negation or Terrain Negotitiation bonus after logging out with FR2 or Higher Toggled On.
Dervish not powerful enough ( No states are applied, Damage is less than a Tier 4 Specialty.
Armor Break 'breaking' Force Armor... I mean really, How does one break the Force?
States from Powers not correctly doing intended effects (Mind Regen, Action Regen)

Not sure if this is a joke or you just haven't caught on yet but Jedi can die more than 3 times now - permadeath has been out of the game for a LONG time.
You can die as many times as you want now.
- [BUG] Lightsabers: Appearing that upon crossing a server boundry there's a likely chance that the server will fail to identify the loaded componets. This failure creates a bug that preventsthe speed modifiers from being applied to the saber. The "modified speed" becomes speed minus componet speed modifiers. To fix: Unequip, unload saber, close window, reopen and reload saber. This is not a 100% fix although it works most of the time. ** Forcecost is being reported as an addition bug from this issue- force cost of attacks are not including force cost bonus from componets. (I've not paid close attention to fc issues and have had this reported to me from several credible players.)
- [Issue] ImprovedArmorBreak: This skill is unbalancing in it's current location. This ability needs to be moved to Lightsaber Mastery.
- [Issue] Pearl and Crystal drops are fine. Players are required to farm more to obtain the maximum capabilities of their sabers. Please do not change.
- [BUG???] Healing through target!!! This is terrible!! It needs to be either turned off or there needs to be the ability for each individual player to activate it at will. Give us an option to Opt-Out.
- [BUG???] Lightsabers: Remove mind costs on performing lightsaber attacks. This is crippling and does not benefit game play.
- [issue] Meditate: Need to have a basic and an improved form.

My notes - MASS PVP
currently my guild Storm is in guild war so ive been doing more than my share of pvp a few things ive noticed -
ALL MASS PVP IS JUST TARGET KILL,TARGET KILL < NO REAL SKILL OR STRATAGIE INVOLVED just calling targets , AND IF U CANT USE AI U CANNOT STAND IN 1SPOT OR YOUR TOAST , Also Aura seems to have a lil bit of a timer it seems and doesnt quite Macro loop as well as it should , ALL ANYONE DOES IN PVP NOW IS CONCENTRATE FIREPOWER On 1 so u have no chance in hell of healing in time (for jedi ne way,docters can heal much better than jedi dont forget) and im getting so f*&^*ING sick of dying justcause i cant heal quick enough or cant even healmy freinds quick enough , even with 4000 healer in jedi and using ruby and d stems , u cant heal quick enough and that is just wrong truly wrong, root ,kd, and 2 or 3 peepststack the damage to ya kill , rinse repeat Few things could help this 1 make root in ehhancer tree a teir 4 box - u allready took out saber throw kd to nerffor them 0404ls jedi def templates , ide say puting root in a higher box would follow similar logic , also the heal timer must go even if jedi defence mods have to b lowerd or the def on aura b lowerd the heal timer has to b set to NO timer. OR MABE PUT HEALING EFFIECNCY MODS ON THE jedi HEALING trees ,or a Heal others skill with no timer , See with the heal timers as it is there is no statagie, ne one who has played kotor online probly stoped playing kotor online at 1 point due to the force choak pinyata method or atleast smashed 1 xbox controller when it happend to ya heheh )-(one choaks one saber power hit to kill) . · The force regen +10 mod from jedi robes is not showing up in the skills window when you equip the robe.
· The most basic saber hit attack description states that it "has no ability cost", when in reality is has a force, mind, and action cost. Please remove the costs, per the description.
· Saber strike is intended to be an upgraded basic attack, to replace saber hit if you will, but it has a huge force cost which makes it impractical to use as a default attack. The description says is has "a very low ability cost", which is totally incorrect. This attack is useless as a default attack with such a high force cost.
· The mind focus crystal from the village doesn't do anything, but if you use it, it resets the timer on the health focus crystal, too.
· Converted pearls and crystals should have SAC reduction modifiers. Currently they all have a 0 value.
