This isn't trolling when its a legit question. I've wanted an answer on that for a long while now and no one has given me squat. Don't think you're the first to tell me its there but has been locked/deleted/archived. I've also heard that it was from fan fest. I've also heard it was in game. I've also heard that it was from .......insert next lame reason here......
My point is, its no where to be found. Yet people are festering on it like the plague.

It's not that they don't want to answer, it's just that they don't have permission for doing so.
We use to blame the few faces that appear here and just tell us to calm down, when we should be blaming their bosses. Of course they will never dare say who they are, it's better to let their people stand the aggro...
If it wasn't because I have a city to manage I'd be out of the game long ago... It died with CU in my opinion, and from them to this date it's just been a lot of bad patches full of nerfs and bugs. And what is worse, instead of giving us more content as they do in other games, they make us pay for expansions that soon become boring.
Do you need better weapons? buy the expansion and loot them. Do you need a new house (bunker)? buy another expansion....
This game is dying and they do not want to fix it (and mate they could!)
