All im trying to say that out of 45 he got one with 107 max. Out of 200 he would have hopefully 4 107's.

That to me really isnt that bad. Also i have ground out a jedi post-cu as well as pre, and there is a large diffrence in difficulty, especially ay the early stages of grinding. My post wasnt meant to be a flame, im just fed up how jedi now seem to think we had it easy pre-cu. 20k for novice lightsaber took a full 3 hour buff for pre-cu, while a post-cu will have capped (at 80k) in 2 lairs (20 mins with a fair group). Jedi is meant to be hard, not 'oh i finished my template and now im going to be an uber pvper'...

In terms of cash alone, if i had got my saber to the stats it is now by soley buying pearls for instance, it would have taken 60 X 4/5 million credits on flurry, i now see goods selling for about 1 mill, so to buy 200 say for the stats above would be pretty much the same.

Man go farm them yourself then. Pre-cu jedi tuned 50+ premiums to make a nice saber (perfect looking for more like 100+ tunes). No need to pay for them when you have an alt you can make into a bh or even hunt krayts yourself.

And trust me, for 45 tunes those are pretty dang sweet tunes.

Pre-cu you could farm the crap out of Kryats and pull premiums...I know some pre-cu Jedi whosay they farmed over 1000 premiums...

Those tunes are crap and you know it....My BH would eat him up for breakfast, lunch, dinner and as a snack...No need to flame him...look at the big picture...Jedi are currently in the worst shape they have been in. Yep. Hate to say it fellas but he is right. He is probably pre-cu and has a perfect saber or he isn't a jedi. The odds are about 1/999999999999 which means that there is still a possibility. We better all wait patiently for the 1 in 9trillion tunes to happen

one thing i wanted to say about this thread , i dont know if it was said but are you sure the good pearls are pre or post cu ? if they are pre i think you got screwed , i dont think good pearl tunes as high as 100 as often if at all possible. I tuned like 30-40 of em ina row and my highest was like 76 and there was some quality in there too.

See, I love it when people talk about something they know nothing about based on heresay.

Pre-CU, you could "try" and farm Krayts, but it took multiple accounts, (with the exception of Swordsman/Doc, but gawd that was long kill solo, like about 30 minutes per Dragon, with the exception of Juvinilles).

Honestly, I agree the situation is bad now, but in all honesty, Pre-CU Jedi weren't pulling them off trees, and as far as 1000 Pearls, I find that to be somewhat hard to believe, unless this person had no job, no life, and never slept, (becuase you had to SHARE, or he had freinds who gave him all the Pearls looted).

Sure, Swords/Doc could solo them, but honestly, to solo enough Dragons to loot 1000 Pearls, this person must have done nothing but killing Krayts for 8 months, 24/7. (the drop rate wasn't fantastic back then either IF the Dragons spawned at all, and they sure weren't as plentiful as they are now, heck, you could cruise the graveyard for 2= hours and not see ONE Dragon).

All I'm saying is, don't believe everything you hear, and try and realize that people had "different" challenges back then.

It was never that easy though, regardless of what you've heard.

In the end though, the Devs need to solve this problem, or risk a whole lot of cancelled (or Ebayed) accounts.

I forsee Ebay Jedi becoming very, very cheap if it continues unresolved.

Oh, but sir i love how you think you know what you are talking about. It didn't take multiple accounts at all. See the way the old easy system used to work is the krayt would aggro the nearest thing to it that is hitting it if someone who was aggrod would run through them. So it was very easy to get aggro on your tank. Not only this, but a melee tank could tank a krayt all day. I did it multiple times. With this in mind, you put the tank in the front, and have 2-3 jedi behind them beating the living crap out of it. This in turn = dead krayt. Thank you for your time.

Best response to a post that I've seen this week.

Only 45 lol. Still it is a good start for not tuning many.

My 4th gen has similar stats to your top 4 there, and only 3 of them are pre-CU pearls, the rest of the pre-CU stuff tuned like crap even quality and premiums as if I have really bad luck. The one good post-CU tune was like 60+ something, my LS is like 511-606 18 FC, good enough for me for now since I have a Sunrider's color crystal with it.

I guess the devs felt that giving us two 2x xp weeks and tons of time for respec, they decided to make us suffer by taking away decent pearl drops?
