B) have no chance in hell to kd or dizzy me.
C) cry about the game and cause the CU

You have no clue what you talk about. You make up a very hollow assumption and then spin further on it. I was as extreme in dissecting the system back then as I am now. When I was still MBH/MPistoleer I defeated fully buffed / armored brawlers while I was unbuffed and armorless. I only used food.

I really did not need more since I was exceptionally good at kiting, and I just needed some food for the SAC.

That has nothing to do with what he was talking about.

Some people talk the talk but they can't walk the walk. And here's a big example, Rifleman / Combat Medic, theycould take a regular melee stacker anyday and you are saying "I think I lost one single duel with that template". What you dueled like three people pre-cu !?

I dueled more than that. But I duelled to prove to people that pvp required no skill, and they ended up praising me for beating some of the best on the server instead.
Have you forgotten that ranged professions where pushovers pre-cu? Sure, Combat Medics was nasty if they could get a dot sticked before getting knocked down, same thing with riflemen, still, Parwan ftw.

Your template was nothing special was just a regular stacker, what were you using an ap1VK against 90% kin armorar1? Combat Medic + Rifleman using a decent DX rifle could get you down in no time with at least a 600 mind poison on you few Headshots was no problem. Don't forget the Thak. Knockdown food +100.

Not that you make a good job proving otherwise.

2 - About the multiplayer fights, everyone was the same profession. Well, it's always been like that. But now 95% of the people are jedi. Other 4 % MBH/MCM Post CU.

That's becouse Jedi where implemented in the game with a lousy visibility system, not becouse of the CU.

Pre it was about your gear, not your skills really. Thats what made it fun. Going out and hunting DoT lances. Now, what is there to loot?

Are you sarcastic, or serious? I mean, this is a giveaway... You really sit here and argument BWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH... I CANT KILL STUFF BECOUSE I SUCK!!!! I WANT MY UBERSTUFF BACK!!!!

???

3 - It was easy to beat TKM / BH's. Don't know where you goin with that.

Top sabers did like 20-30 dmg against them with adk-psg's. But maybe you eBayed so you never tried one of thoose.

4 - Jedi fights were fun Pre-CU. They were fast paced, deadly, and fun. And look at all the things your listing that jedi have to "swap". Now, Post CU, It's all Head hit / Leg hit / heal. And combat is soooo slow. And there isn't really a tactic. Just whoever gets the KD bug first. And not to mention... Jedi fights and regular duels are BORING, SLOW, AND POINTLESS.

Pre-cu it was about Dervish + Heal + SaberSlash + Dervish + Heal + Saberslash. It was a nobrainer. If you just use HeadHit/LegHit now you are really a bad player (as you previously said you where as you want to rely on equipment rather than skill).

whats the difference now? Spam head hit, body hit, powerattack. of course have to throw a bit of armor break and kd everynow and then + heal. Not much of a difference to me, except combat is so slow now its boring.

If you do that, you will loose.

Yes, it was a regular stacker.

Read the yellow part again.

pvp pre-cu was a nobrainer. It only took equipment and template, no skill at all.

Thak was useless against posturechange btw.

Make the math how much defense against dizzy / stun / posture changeaTeras Kasi Master + Bounty Hunter + best stacking template could get without tapes. Yes that's right just Dervish until they get dizzied and posture-change them and they couldn't get up. Have you unlocked your jedi pre-cu ?

Stackers weren't much of a problem to a Rifleman with like 5 mind dots a 700 damage T21 and a 400 jawa

Yeah and totally agree with Dizzy/KD on the adk bh's and 1-handed saber headhit worked passed adk'd psgs

What good is a knocked down TKA who regenerates damage faster than she takes?

Did you take a break after the ADK's was introduced to the game?

Necroposting a friends post:

----

I am going to give you the solid calculation on how exactly a Lightsaber do damage against a non-stacked Teras Kasi Master using an unsliced Personal Shield Generator.
I am not going to count Intimidate, Knockdown, Stun and other state effects to this calculation.

For the first calculation, I am going to borrow Xion's stats. Xion have one of the best lightsabers in existence on all servers and is considered "Flawless". Flawless pearls andpremium resources. This is to be compared to a Legendary T-21.

"Flawless" 4th GenerationDouble-Blade doing Dervish2

Calculating average damage:
Damage: 426-509
Damage Range(Max Damage - Min Damage): 83
Melee Mitigation 3: (3x20%) -60% of the Damage Range
Teras Kasi Master Toughness: 57%
Synthsteak: -45% for 35 (x4?) attacks
Personal Shield Generator: 46% unsliced

Average Damage:
Max Damage-Min Damage (= Range): 509-426 = 83
Melee Mitigation (Mitigation is Level x20% reduced from Range): 83-60% = 33,2
Average Damage (Half of Range): 33,2/2 = 16,6
Modified Range added to Minimum Damage: 426+16,6 = 442,6
Average damage per strike: 442,6

SpecialDamage:
Dervish2= x4,5 damage: 442,6x4,5 = 1991,7
Random Mod*: -25%= 1493,775
* This is meant to reflect how a random strike ends up on multiple bars, thereby not doing solid damage against health. With -25% we count 25% of the damage ending up on action/mind. Actually, I believe its more like 50%...

Damage Reduction:
PvPReduction (-75%): 373,44375
Minus Toughness (-57%): 160,5808125
Minus Synthsteak (-45%): 88,319446875

Counting PSG:
PSG (-46%): 49,45889025

Regeneration per second with 2900 Constitution: +18 Health

Final damage per second: -31

"Flawless" 3rd Generation 1-Hand doing HeadHit3

So, how does a non lightsaber, 4004 template do using HeadHit3?
Mindattacksare great right?
I am going to use my own saber, crafted with premium resources, counting with how it would be with 3 flawless pearls inside.

Calculating average damage:
Damage: 287-385
Damage Range(Max Damage - Min Damage): 98
Melee Mitigation 3: (3x20%) -60% of the Damage Range
Teras Kasi Master Toughness: 57%
Synthsteak: -45% for 35 (x4?) attacks
Personal Shield Generator: 46% unsliced

Average Damage:
Max Damage-Min Damage (= Range): 385-287 = 98
Melee Mitigation (Mitigation is Level x20% reduced from Range): 98-60% = 39,2
Average Damage (Half of Range): 33,2/2 = 19,6
Modified Range added to Minimum Damage: 287+19,6 = 306,6
Average damage per strike: 306,6

SpecialDamage:
HeadHit3= x2,5 damage: 306,6x2,5 = 766,5

Damage Reduction:
PvPReduction (-75%): 191,625
Minus Toughness (-57%): 82,39875
Minus Synthsteak (-45%): 45,3193125

Counting PSG:
PSG (-46%): 25,378815

Regeneration per second with 2800 Willpower: +18 Mind
Final damage per second: -7

Teras Kasi Master doing UnarmedHit3 against a Lightsaber Master

Lets do a calculation for the unstacked Teras Kasi against the Master Lightsaber. For this calculation I am going to use a Nym Motor Vibroknuckler with a high damage slice. Getting hold of one of theese is pretty simple if you spend some time looking for the motors.
I have personally crafted several VK's of this kind.
I am going to give you a 2nd number, countingRakrirrian Burnout Sauce(+24 bonus to unarmed damage) and aMelee Weapon Powerup (+16% to max damage, -33% Mind Cost).

Calculating average damage:
Damage: 45-225 45-299
Unarmed Damage Bonus: 245 269
Damage Range(Max Damage - Min Damage): 180 254
Master LightsaberToughness: 55%
Synthsteak: -45% for 35 (x4?) attacks

Average Damage:
Damage+Bonus: 290-470 314-568
Max Damage-Min Damage (= Range): 470-290=180 568-314=254
Average Damage (Half of Range): 180/2=90 254/2=127
Modified Range added to Minimum Damage: 290+90=380 314+127=441
Average damage per strike: 380 441

SpecialDamage:
UnarmedHit3= x4,0 damage: 380x4,0=1520 441x4,0=1764
Random Mod*: -25%=1140 -25%=1323
* This is meant to reflect how a random strike ends up on multiple bars, thereby not doing solid damage against health. With -25% we count 25% of the damage ending up on action/mind. Actually, I believe its more like 50%...

Damage Reduction:
PvPReduction (-75%): 285 330,75
Minus Toughness (-55%): 128,25 148,8375
Minus Synthsteak (-45%): 70,5375 81,86

Regeneration per second with 2900 Constitution: +18 Health

Final damage per second: -53 -64
