1) Did you equip the saber before the pet was called and only had it in your hand while the pet was out? Then no.
2) Did you equip the saber while the pet was out and nearby? Then yes. *
3) Did you initiate combat or use Force while the pet was out and nearby? Then also yes. *
In any case, unless you did #2 and/or a lot of #3, it's probably not enough to worry about, but Jedi should always be aware of a possible visit by a Bounty Hunter...
* If pet droids give visibility, which I think the consensus is that they do...

honestly. if your on the terms and do a normally good job of staying off. find a doc friend a trusted BH friend and have the BH grab your mission and clear yourself off the terms and let the doc res ya. you can make up the XP loss of BHing in FAR FAR FAR less time than the 3weeks it takes to roll off the terms.
however if you keep your vis low it takes a bit to get on em.
one other thing. when TC bria went live i gota early primer on fighting BH. you can use your time on the terms (if your SURE your on em) to hone your PVP skills.
your doing yourself a diservice in wasting the 3 weeks hiding. unless of course you just want a break

I was wondering if there were any plans to ..in my opinion ..fix how visibility works. As it stands..you group with a rebel friend...mind you light side jedi are allies..or would be of the rebellion..yet...well take this example...my rebel friend asks me ...hey jedi wanna join the rebellion and fight with us?...jedi says...sure! ...ok hang on a sec..i gotta turn you in to the bounty hunters...um...duh? That dont make sense....shouldnt it be at least faction tagged? This is an mmorpg...yet i find myself continuously bored outta my mind cause i gotta group alone. The whole point of an mmorpg is to group and have fun with you friends

I know that its the era where jedi are in hiding...but ben joined them..and you didnt see luke runnin for the BH terminals to turn him in.

How long will a Jedi stay on the terminals? I just recently got on terminals and i was told that if i hide out for 2 weeks ill fade off the terminals. is there any truth to this?

It has been said that it takes 3 weeks of no additional visibility to go from full visibility (on terms) to no visibility.
If you just got on terms, it would take approximately 3 weeks of hiding out, in order for your visibility scale be at 0....

i just recently got done showing a few Respec Bh what their insides look like, lol. guess ill have to play my alt for a few weeks then.

And don't forget to get a new video card while you're at it. That has to be one of the most bone-headed responses to this sort of problem EVER...

Actually if you have low ram and a outdated video card you are more likely to get visibility. Try and think through what you say before you act like a idiotic troll.

I can't get the search function to work properly so I am sorry if this has been answered before.
I have killed alot of BHs. I haven't been killed in quite awhile. Can more the 5 per day come after me? After I kill 5 can 5 more come? Is this going to continue until I finally die? If I do die will the rest stop comming for a bit?
I understand BHs hunting me is the penalty for gaining vis but is there a rest period after kiiling 5 before you're put back on the terms?

Visibility clears either when you get killed by a BH holding your mission OR by decaying over time.

whoa whoa whoa..
so...if i kill a Bh who had my mission my visibility should go to zero and other BH's who have my mission lose it?
ok..I recently killed a Bh went back to my house to drop some inventory off and another showed up!
Bug or am I misunderstanding?
