hi all,
i am very confused about that visibility factor and cant really find definate answers which explain it exact.
so pls if you know help me out and try to answer this
what causes exactly visibility?
- be in grp but far away from any player. do u get visibility?
- be in grp with a pet
- be in grp and grp member close to you while fight
- solo but others watch you
- solo and only humanoid NPC beside you or the target
hmm dunno what of the above give visibility and also what else will do it?
i am so curious to understand that system so pls answer if u can
regards and thanks

I know it is bugged to hell, but let's say I killed a womp rat in front of some of Jabba's goons. Would that raise my visibility? I know killing npc's raises it, but what about killing creatures in front of npc's?

i dont think so... only if you kill in front of other players! But anyway its a good idea do stay away from all that has with civilasation to do... just for your own safety

killing anything infront of anything that "could spread the word" of your powers creates visibility, directly from a CRS

I was seen a few times(bout 2 or 3) by some npc. I was just wondering how many times you have to be seen in order to be on terminals, and if visibility really goes away after 3 weeks.

It doesnt take much, especially if the npc's were opposite your faction.
Yes, three weeks seems to be accurate.

I was out in the middle of no where when I called my droid so I could group with it. And it was then that I realized that I had my lightsaber equiped. Will this give me visibility?

anecdotal evidence says yes. there havent been many tests on vis. use a animal pet instead just to be sure.

Then I guess I'll have to go into hiding for 3 weeks so I loose my caracters visibility. Man this stinks! *sighs*
