Thread: Why no one uses Powers

vs other jedi you'd have to have group help
vs bhs i hear mpowers template totally own any bhs that come their way

i am 3/1/0/2 right now in powers, and i have really found this out. i use my sabers more because it takes too long to get the powers going. lightning timer is way too slow 1 on 1,, i was going to go mpowers, with -4-4 sabers but since playing powers skills i may change that ... they are basically the pistoleers of the jedi. great crowd control but you die alot in pvp.

Well since we have no idea what the future holds for the FRS (or whatever its going to be called) its hard to say the above is true, or will be true. Play what is fun and I am sure you will do fine in the FRS. I am a powers user and I LOVE it.

let me add this little tid bit... i was in a grind group of jedi.. i just got the xp to train and asked if anyone had powers to train me. the reply i got was:
No one in this group uses the P***Y A** s**t... ok so what kind of answer was that.. so i just told him poeple that dont follow the FOTM.. he never said another word. and others in the group praised me for not being like 99% of the other jedi.. unfourtunatley everytime i want to train in a powers box i have to high tail it outa there and go to my trainer.. but its all good. i just am hoping mpowers and 0404 sabers is sufficient enough to have fun. any thoughts?

Yeah, that's a pretty ignorant statement alright. So, tell me....you were an expert Jedi before you unlocked Jedi so that you could learn? You can read all you want, and prepare yourself somewhat, but nothing makes you know something like being it, making the mistakes yourself, and truly learning it in your own way.
I'm really getting sick of the snide, better-than-thou-art attitude of some people on this board. I don't feel the need to remind everyone I know more than they do, or I have been a Jedisince Jedi had wooden lightsabers, bla bla bla. Get over yourself.
