Thread: is it true
There's a saying and it goes:
"you've got the wrong end of the stick"
It wasn't a flame, relax. (neither's this)

SO why would SOE put Tapes in that do not do jack?
Take the stick out of your hand and turn it around.
Sony didnt put in tapes that do jack, they put in tapes that are supposed to work but the system is borked. And I think its ALL speed tapes that are borked so its a general combat bug not just a jedi one. (might be mistaken but Im 75% sure)
Just imagine a player with a lvl 95 pet lol
no spd tapes work for any prof....have a rifleman with gen ranged spd 25 and rifle spd 25....rate if fire is same with or without.
have a jedi with 25 gen melee spd and 25 2h ls spd...no dif with or without...the prob is the cooldown timers.
to answer the question why would they put stuff in that does not work? they are not too big on thinking further than the code they are working at that moment. ca's/aa's have been screwy since launch. to say that the code is broke is a cop out in my opinion....just exactly what is force power max coding have to do with the fact that it does not work? try it....i have 25 force power max in a hat and belt....does absolutely zero.
