Should this change come into effect i will have to change my template and i would rather not have to spend months doing it since my template relies heavily on master powers currently which is no longer the case with this change.

I think it would be a show of faith from the developers to give us an option to agree or disagree with these changes by allowing a respec because not all of us, like myself, can grind a full template in a matter of weeks im not a full template yet and ive had my jedi since before christmas which is over 9 months i dont want to spend that time grinding again just when im about to complete my template.

Ifeel that any Jedi that is stuck with Master Powers or dabbled into powers for cloakshould be given the option for a /respec. I know alot of you are going to disagree. The only reason I am stating this is because thanks to the Dev's they have broken Powers even more with their so called new alpha strike cloak ability. Just for the record how are Master Power Jedi going to get a alpha strike when 1 they very little defense and 2 sabers are gimped underpowered. It is sad to say but Powers does not have anything worthwhile in the Master box except force choke and force breach. I would love to contine to play my Jedi, but I do not want to grind another 15,220,000 exp to grind a new master. It is a tragedy that a few people can exploit a skill and destroy it for everyone. I have been playing this game since internal beta and would hate to have to quit the game because I cannot play Jedi. I personally do not have the time or motivation to regrind a new master. The Dev's had no consideration when they decided to screw Master Power users over again. This game is suppose to be fun not a full time job like the Dev's are portraying it. If no respec is given I feel that is not right at all, considering Master Power Jedi were somewhat okay before this nerf bat started swinging. Powers could have alot to offer if the Dev's set it correctly. Our damage output is a joke and someone needs to be fired for even letting Powers be this weak. I hate that fact that I cannot even fight another Jedi, because I would be lucky to force choke him for 100 points of damage with all the defences defenders have etc. The token respec was a great idea, but I feel that what the Dev's have done to pur Jedi discipline should be worth something. Right now I feel that Master Power Jedi are going to be given less respec now, because our discipline is so broken . It is sad when people ask what your template is and you answer them saying Master Powers and they start laughing at you. I hope for the sake of the game the Dev's have something planned for Powers, because if they do not they will be no need to participate in the Force Ranking System upon it's return, because being a Master Force Wielder we will not be able to compete effectively because we lack alot of defense and our damage is horrible.

Now to shed some light on respecs. I know this is not really good for the game, but on the other hand when people templates have been destroyed I would say it should be justified for 1 time. Now for the people that have abused the respecs, I do not feel that we all should be held accountable for the exploiters that took advantage of the system. The honest players like myself did not exploit the system in any way shape or form.

SWG has been really good to me over the years, but I would hate to have quit the game, because my template is trash. I have played Master Defender,MLS etc, but Powers was the funnest to me, but now that I see where we stand against other jedi, we do not prayer sad to say.

For me that is not an option, because I did not dabble into Powers to get Cloak. I am Master Powers, so for me to get an effective template, I would have to regrind a whole page, which I am not going to do. In the mean time I will just focus on my alt and forget about Jedi until the Dev's figure out what they are going to do to resolve these issues.

read again people with MASTER POWERSor CLOAK, and i suspect people with master powers have the tree for other things not just cloak.........

Okay as for BH's I do quite well. I am referring to Jedi vs Jedi. That is where the problem comes into play. We do horrible against Jedi.
