Thread: Any Jedi With Master Powers Or Cloak Should Be Given A Respec
So let me get this straight. Everyone is granted one final respec, the last one ever, never gonna be any more, not if h*ll freezes over.....and then you use it and complain that you need another?

Aside your sarcasm, a full fledged dedicated master powers Jedi should NOT suffer the penalty of a so called first-strike ability with the upcoming nerf that doesn't fit their damage output and cloak is 90% used as a master powers' defense, NOT offense. Imagine you have to stand still for force lightning to work, choke gets negated by Jedi defenses, breech hits a barn side once every 2000 years, intimidate/mindblast/throw/weaken a big waste of action/force.

Apparently we have some badass Alpha Strike move we can use as MPowers. I'd love to know what it is, because I can't find it on my toolbar. All I can see there are lots of buttons that are completely mitigated by Force Feedback, Force Shield and Force Absorb - without even taking into account melee/ranged defence, Aura, etc.

alpha = first
alpha strike = first strike
Thus any attack you to initiate combat is an "alpha strike". If you and you alone determine when a battle will be fought, then you have "alpha strike capability"-- the ability to choose when to use the first attack. Another example of this is Bounty Hunters. It has been said several times that they have an "alpha strike capability". This is not a skill that is somehow better when they initiate combat, but rather is the general theme of them being able to attack a Jedi at their leisure. That's what Alpha Strike means, not having a "bada** move"

If you think this is the first time a skill or tree has been changed on the fly or nerfed along the way... then while you say you want a "respec" -- I will raise you and tell you I want a Whole Godamn new Jedi... in fact I want my old one back... My patch 7 one... There is has been more changes to this class then any other in the game and some of us have lived through them all.
I had to change my template in the patch 9- 10 area from Force Powers ... and get this I did it in the XP loss, server crash, multi BH gank teams and was about to do it... Now you can get a Full template in a month on Lok-- so Please, Please... stop this crying crap and get out there and fix your issues.
Saying you need a free ticket is a freaking joke at this point in Jedi and its current state... Freaking kills me to see this crap.

I'm not a new Jedi and I refuse to keep regrinding templates because the Dev's can't get the game right. I don't play this game to grind, and to say we should just regrind gives no respect for our lives or the quality of our game play. This is just ridiculous. They should just give us a respec every 3 months if they're going to keep messing with all of our abilities, because I strongly doubt this will be the last mistake the Dev's make.
And the sad thing is that they are pushing all into the same templates. Now that's 2 out of5 Trees that are worthless, and 2 more out of 5that are very messed up...
