it's part of the debuff ruleset they said they were gonna implement.. Yes, debuffs cancel out the buffs you have, and then get applied. And no, your buffs cannot be reapplied.

why do i expect to see a ton of m.cm/0-0-4-0 smuggler/0-0-4-4 pistoleer templates if this go live, i think the current dev team needs to be sacked.

i personally dont care anymore,as i said ive voted with visa.
they have done the same crazy bs time and time again,they change it all to some lame idea,players leave in droves,takes em 6 months to realize they had there heads firmly planted and start changin it again,only to rinse repeat again.
now if we keep employin this level of stupity whose responsible?
they have always done things this way,nothing here is new,so if we expect them to change at this late date WE are the idiots.
this expansion is just like the last one its a money grab while the franchise is hot from the movie,
they have never been bright enough to see the implications for any actions on the game as a whole.

Yeha, this is just getting ridiculous, the lack of thought for the player community in general is getting old. Keep your bs statues, holograms, and lava sabers. I want a decent character I can actually use.

if this is correct then get ready to loose 250 force points off your force bar each fight with a cm because the robes are now buff effects....did soe even think of that one?

Wouldn't that be impossible? To remove the 250 force bar buff would require a forcebar debuff skill. There is not one in the game......if it was I'd assume BH's would be getting it though

The other thing is this will effect docs also. I think they are up in arms over this. Why would you run to a doc for buffs when they can just be removed.

Personally I try not to think about the de-buff/nerf stuff then I dont get hacked off with it.
But lets face it, its not really suprising soon jedi wont be able to use a saber or use powers or heal.
Funny really but at least the devs are aware or the speed bugs and see nerfing all is a higher prority
than attempting to sort the game out.

dont really know if one exists but maybe we shouldnt give them ideas.....
I really dont understand the logic of making the robes a buff type bonus unless they are comming up with a way to de-buff it eventually.

from what i have seen, reapplying the buff wont break it. This is because of the new changes which gives debuffs priority over buffs. Even at FR3, it will remove the FR buff and apply the debuff on top of it which can be reapplied as soon as it has run its course. Methinks we will all just be kited to death.....
