Ive seen no one ask for a good saber, though I have seen many ask for the OPPORTUNITY to loot the same quality pearls pre-cu jedi had access to, no matter how low the drop rate is. From there it's in the hands of the random tunes.

Before someone screams that krayts were sooo much harder pre-cu, they weren't. They had higher ham, but had almost 0 chance of killing you. Now they have low ham (and high health regen)but can kill you in a blink if you aren't careful.

Yes i was knee deep with him the majority of the times he was out there. Sure there was a chance a small chance but it was still there you had to tack on everyone else in the group who wanted one as well. Wasn't easy to do either took alot of effort. I have no issues with people getting premiums or flawless what i have a issue with is how easy it would be to get. What now in the game takes any skill whatsoever to do? Nothing as far as i know of. Chain root or jedi ai and longest amount of time to kill anything like that is tops 5 minutes. I am not trying to secure my near perfect saber i am simply saying i don't want everyone to have a perfect saber who does not work for it.

To the child saying that i am a nub because i stated that fc means nothing. Well you see at the very most for a 4th gen lightsaber haveing all -0 fc crystals/pearls will add a whoping total of 36 force cost to any of your ls moves. It isn't a multiplier so from your 6500-7kish force will really notice that 36 force cost. Not like before when your heal self healed health action and mind and cost for every point it healed. Force cost actually got reduced across the boards its a action fight now. So before you come with your "nub" remarks maybe you should really know what your talking about.

Ok so whoever it was who tuned 150+ goods? whats your point you can easily farm 10-20 in a couple hours. To farm1 premium would take a hour or if you were lucky and on a rare occasion you might get 2 in a hour. And then the completly random tuneing on them which usually meant you premium you just busted your but for would turn out to be poo.

As a former Swordsman/Doc I used to regularly assist Jedi in pearl hunting preCU, and the original poster was either very unlucky or exaggerating. Sure it took far longer to kill a krayt, possibly 5 or more times as long as it does now, but you don't need 100's of premiums or flawless to make a good saber. Heck 10 would probably do the job as even an average tune is far better than any "GOOD" pearl I've ever tuned. Now if you are obessed with a "perfect" saber, sure you'd need a lot of highend pearls and a lot of lucky tunes, but AT LEAST IT WAS POSSIBLE TO DO!

Now as far as entitlement, that stems from the fact that any non-jedi elite can go do a quest to kill 10 lvl 50 creatures and get a reward for a weapon with the same min damage as most CU sabers that have better SAC and, of course, no force cost. Which is just ridiculous, non-jedi should have to work a little harder for thier uber-guns, especially when CU jedi currently have no path to a decent weapon under any circumstances.

And yes, force cost does matter, unless you never fight combat medics or longer than 10 minutes.

I for one do not think anything is OWED to me. I just wish that DEVs would stop d!cking around with my template.

Here we go again.. another Jedi with a perfect saber knowing he'd get his a$$ handed to him in the FRSif it weren't for his saber advantage. Fact is the "best possible saber under current conditions" is 200 points of damage less than most pre-CU sabers, and until prems/flawless drop again, it's going to stay that way. I can hunt krayts for 8 hours a day every day for a year, with an iron-clad SOE-signedgold-platedguarantee I willNOT get a premium or flawless.

"Before they were every 20m"? LOL. Whatever. Pre-cu you bugged the spawn so they kept spawning in the same spot, they didn't have to be every 20m. And they're only plentifulimmediately after server restart anyways.

Nobody has asked for a perfect saber to be handed to them. What is being asked for is the opportunity to do the very same thing you have done, go out and kill hundreds of krayts and get a few premium pearls.

NOBODY IS CONTESTING THAT YOU WORKED FOR YOUR SABER. What is wanted is the possibility of theopportunity to get the chance to get lucky to maybe get a pearl that'll tune past 70.

When Tiggs said that "every pearl has a chance for a perfect tune", I believe she was right. But that chance is a sliding scale dependant on quality. Yes, a "good" pearl has a chance of a perfect tune... I don't know the exact odds, but let's sayfor argument's sakethey're 1/10000. A "premium" pearl's chance for a perfect tune would be be far greater than that.

Krayts are not spawning on Bria thank to all those idiots that placed structures in their spawn areas. And it does not help that the only Krayts in-game are in the POI and they never drop anything! WE just want a chance on Bria to get a pearl!

what the hell are you talkin about?!?!..EVERY jedi is entitled to a good saber,i dont care how many krayts we killed to get our sabers good the point is we had premiums and flawless dropping from krayts which meant when we DID get a pearl there was a good chance we were gonna get a good tune,the new jedi have to make do with "good" pearls which suck,plain and simple,for you to say we should have something other jedi havent shows nothing but selfishness and the utmost arrogance
