i would say if you repeated the process with a different crystal known to produce a thinner more defined blade to show the diference this post would be worthy of a sticky.....cmon finish the job man. if you did it once you can do it again with a blue crystal. i am dieing to see the results.

i would also say that you need only use one color known to produce a thinner blade and maybe a guide to which colors produce thin blades and which produces thick blades. You have started something worthy of being stickied and i sure hope you finish it.

I did a lot of testing when I first became jedi with the different color crystals, and I found that the dark blue produces a thinner blade than the blue. This was true for all the colored crystals. Just something else to throw into the mix.

it seems like darker color crystals produce thinner blades. Thats why i love my Bane's heart crystal

Neat post, been hoping someone would do this for a while now. What we really ought to do is create a massive shot with all colors on all hilts, that way we can find longest/shortest and thinnest/thickest, other things like that. Would be fun to see.

its like u read my mind ...that was bugging the heel out of me.... personally i like light blue the best looks more like obi and ani's lightsabers.... and i was usaing the obi hilt from ep 1 and 2 but the blade was a little bit fat so...now i went for the number 7 hilt i think its the first of windu.... i also like the ani hilt and vaders.... wll anyway thanks man .....would be nice if we had more hilts in game like windu...(the one from ep 2 and 3), palpi's (one of the best) yoda's, mundi...etc etc... cause our choises are very limited and mediocre.... i mean theres a hilt that looks like a fork ( if thats how is wrote)

See, I like the dark blue crystal more than the light, the light does weird things when you put it on one of the thicker hilts, especially the solid white and black ones.
