they wouldnt take away what you have allready they would just screw the newer people
smiles while brandishing 791 dps 12 FC
if they do then alot of swordsman / rifleman should be lowered too

In the past you could tune dozens and dozens of Premium or Flawless pearls and not get a good one. While the Pearls themselves were not rare, getting a good tune was.
What they need to do is just make Premium and Flawless very rare when they start droppnig again, yet when they do give a very good chance of them tuning well.
Keep all Pearls as they currently are and you have a balanced system.
Let's face it, in this world of uber armor and awesome CM/DOC healing, the last thing that needs to happen is Jedis get weaker sabers.

i doubt it man theres no way they can lower saber DPS and still keep the 1.5 > 1 Jedi vs normal ratiopromisewithout tottaly revamping all dps across the board
you guys have to realize that we fall way below the max dps level when it comes to normal professions if anything you might go into a new instance on mustafarand have a 1 in 1000 chance of looting a 150 -9 pearl but that about all i see happening everyone needs to take a deep breath and relaxon this one you got krayt tissue and the new power cells next thing is you got pearls and the new [Insert saber crystal name here] ???

I have to over analyze things.
It's what I do lol, it's hard for me not to, it drives everyone around me crazy.
I'll over analyze why a dog pissed on a particular place.
It's really bugging me that instead of just saying
premiums/flawless aren't in game but we're working on a way to bring them back and by the way, while we're working on them you can keep your pearls for now.
Why would they make that last statement when they could have just said, we're working on bringing premiums and flawless back.
plus I don't trust SOE.

The only way that they would "nerf" it is to change the stats of new pearls.. I have though about it and I am allmost sure that they might do that
Something like.. adding SAC reduction to pearls, changing numbers such of force costs speed etc.. or making ADK not work with sabers... well it sux But we all know how SOE acts...

ERR, i hope this isnt true.. I dont have a perfect or even NEAR perfect.. OK my saber sux, but id hate to see all those peeps have crap like me!
that would really weaken an already devastated profession!
