FRS is being overseen by Lucas now.....and they prob do not want to leak anything out till launch.....but it sure would be nice to have something to do..

I have almost every badge in game other then a few pilot, noob (mos eisley), and proffesions i did not master......oh and the corvette.

So the corvette is one night what else.....lol

I sure hope its worth it cuz i think i would make my Jedi a fighting proffesion like MBH/Rifle to get uber loot.

The FRS is not suspended. Its removed for good. The old one will soon be replaced by a new FRS, we dont know nothing about. Everything about ist is secret, and the few who MIGHT know a LITTLE are under NDA anyway. So what you hear is most likely pure speculations and wild rumours.

When the new FRS will hit live, we dont know. Most speculations seems to be around November to january. Pick your own guess, and your guess will be just as good as mine, which is December.

WEll as I understand ...the Cu came and the knight trails were suspended for good... ok we're talking about 7 or 8 month righ t...in 7 or 8 month SOe was able to kick live 2 expansion and alot of "content" but not to make JEdi anybetter ...or to enable Knight Sentinel or Master Bugger Jedi again....there is something wrong with all that ...there are tones of crap arround for so long that I canceled my account for 6 month after a friend told me hey the game has changed no m0ore group Vis ... better grinding possibilities and so on.... nice stuff ok I got back adn now I am asking me well if I grind my Pady up to getting ready for the Knight trials ... adn they never come life again ...what should I do ..EBAY is not an option anymore since grinding full temp is so easy nowadays that evebn a noob that is just playiong for 4 monnth has already a full temp jedi. So I guess its just doing "new Content" and getting to Kasyyk doing quests for carbines ( you will never use as Jedi anyhow but well ) and stuff for your house to place into it.. the frest get a life and go to work so you can pay your childsupport LMAO.

However, I myself would like to know if the trails will comeback some day or a way to get my Pady ready for the next lvl or not if not I just cancel my account again and play chess. or on my B@lls which btw is fun too and tickles alot more than this stupid delay

knight trials were removed about 7 month ago

Here's the situation:

I had only a Krayt Dragon to kill to get my Knight, but missed my chance and the CU went live.

When I logged in post-CUfor the first time I got a pop-up box that said "The Knight Trials have been suspended, your progress has been saved."

That last part is what really interests me. That suggests that those player who were part way through the trials (which, let's face it, for the casual player could be a real pain - paticularly finding the rare spawns) will be an equal proportion of the way through the trails when they new system goes live.

I hope this holds true.

lol if they are not goin to bring it back why are we still playin this game

guys, do the math....if, and when they put it back on do you have any clue how many people are going to be rushing to do the trials? literally thousands of full templates will hitting the hills. each day they wait about 50 more get added to the list. the frs cannot work now no matter what they come up with. they are only so many missions that can be generated for quests because of the proximity of the missions to each other. and if its anything like regular missions of old, they will be in a specific order. then, what happens when they finish the trials? if other proffesions think its bad to have a bunch of padawans running around wait till you have literally 10's of thousands of knights on the servers. The frs will be nothing but a long and boring grind. thats the pat soe solution for anything....hel1 with content, just make them kill pickets forever.

how did you get that far in to Jedi without knowing there is no knight trials since CU?

Man are you not going to like the result of this one. I hate saying this but man, get ready for some work maybe.

I bet it comes back right around Christmas time. Think about it. Makes perfect business sense. Bring back the FRS right before the new year so a lot of people come back to the game to see if FRS is worth playing. That instantly raises subscriptions right before the new year. Looks good on the books.

with the glass cannon temp, how do you deal with not haveing any defense's. I have played a mpowers menhancer 4040 heal and with no defense it was hard, but this was before FA was fixed (atleast i think its fixed now) FA was nice but it was a force hog. With the new xpansion were getting light and sith attributes to our skills, powers being the one that will get the biggest boost and also with these attributes there will be penealities, so if iam sith and have enhancer iam going to get a hard hit force wise being the force cost will be higher if iam sith and enhancer is considered a light jedi skill... so Iam reluctant to dabble much.

Lol I digress, my question was how do you deal with mdefenders with the glass canon. My temp now has no enhancer and I am sorely missing the root and FR abilities that it offers, lol hate chaseing those buggers.

This has been a great thread so far guys, I really appercaite the info your putting on the table, it should help us all in the long run.
