No company is stupid enough to do something like that. Even SOE couldn't get away with it.

I think that when people say the FRS will come back with the ToOW, they mean that the new FRS will be introduced into the main game along with the launch of the expansion, not that you have to get the expansion to have the FRS.

while i don't think it'll happen that you have to buy an expansion to do so, keep in mind that you have to buy JTL to be a shipwright, and if they think of th eFRS as another profession, we are hosed
