Lol you contradict yourself there. You say its random, but 50 of your less than premium crystals were crap and one was good.
8 out of 10 of my premiums have been excellent.

I know what you mean, but you missunderstood me, or I was not able to explain it the right way:
it is random, the quality of the crystals just give you a kind of hint in what "range" you tune it or better how your chances are to get a good result. many ppl think a premium has to be a good one, but thats wrong, it can be a good one maybe more than a fair one, but it is just that you have a better chance in the "tuning-dice". so a fair one can be -9 too, and a premium one can be -1 too. the opposite of random would be a secure result in case of the statet quality. hope I was able now to state it right what I ment.
and about the difference in the rank of your jedi, no it does not matter, we give that thought also a shot in our forum, but no effect.
bottomline is, you tune every crystal you can get in loot or free, pay never for a not premium one or at least not more than little money and try to get only premium once to raise your chance for a real good one. there are ppl who sell white crystals from jantas for 300k, but that is crazy IMO to buy them, the chance that you can throw him away after tuning is just to high. about flawless crystals I dont know, they dropped to seldom now to make propper tests.

i'll take the 96/96 -6pc in my saber to replace the 3 80/80 -6 fc i have in mine. tho i do have 1 nice tune of 120/120 -7 fc from a per cu pearl.

Yea, oftentimes I've had qualities be better than premis. Never tuned a flawless though. Everything has been crap since the CURB though.
Has anyone figured out the basic stat range on tuning various quality pearls/crystals?
Like a Fair pearl/crystal will tune with a dmg range of xx,yy, speed xx,yy, etc?
Ive gotten a few Fair crystals and they tuned from 23(yukky
) to 87 for me.
