not too much similar with catch-22, more like not having done the homework. Seriously, Tiggs, all these iussues have not popped up just yesterday, they are out there for 5-6 freaking month. And in the meantime, its not that you guys have just ignored the Jedi, you have been continuously "working" on this profession, i.e. each patch contain a tiny tweak of the Jedi profession and we all know these tweaks where no positive improvements for Jedi.
So in essence, just saying "no ETA" or "we are on it, but no details" is simply not enough from your side for a period of 5-6 month. If this was a business product and i would had payed for it, i would not be talking with you anymore, but my lawyer would.
sorry, no catch-22. we have enough of the nerfs and we want to have solid facts about the future of the profession

I see nothing addressed in her post... Nothing at all. No eta and this has been passed on to the devs was the answer we could of listened to in June. Its almost November, i think its time we get a little more out of them. I think most people can understand if the are having issues. But for a business not to provide any real answers to these questions just makes it's customers want to shop at another business. I'm not out the door yet but how long can we keep paying a monthly fee for this product. Let me give a Tiggs answer... Ive passed it along, no ETA on if I have decided to keep my account.

We are going on 6 months. She needs to either get off her butt and find the answers or stop posting this crap.
Have patience. The Squad Leaders waited over 2 years for a revamp without complaining. You guys had 2 publishes of revamps last year, and you're complaining again? When you've spent 2 years waiting politely and without being hateful, then I'll take your complaints of another revamp seriously. The reason the DEV's finally gave the SL's a revamp and have spent the past 3 days locking down the Jedi forums is because they respond to quiet, kind patience, not hostile flaming and trolling. That's also why they're revamping Ranger and gave Commando's a mini-revamp. Making threats and hateful posts will not make you any more appealing in the DEV's eyes.

I refer to my above post. How long do paying customers have to wait for valid answers? These questions were all asked going on 6 months ago. Many people have stuck it out, those are the people here on the boards still asking these same questions. Can we please get some real answers before we all give up?

Hows about the dev team turns off the Vissibility system till we have some answers, maybe not even fixes just that these are being looked at. Cause at the moment you aint giving us nothing and its not like you just saw these problems and we are being monsters to expect responses straight away. 6 Months we have waited, slightly less with the pearl/crystals but still too long.
And then you come in and act like we are expecting too much? That we expect you just to pull answers from the thin air. We arent, these arent new problems, and while I feel for smugglers, rangers, SquadLeadersand all the other nerfed professions they aint the ones getting forced into PvP. Take out the visibility system and I dont care if you take another 6 months to fix this, cause I will be having fun but as it stands fun = vissibility = instant death cause we are being out damaged, out healed, out tanked, out classed by a 2 week grinded MBH with a few million credits worth of equipment. So Fun has been killed.
Does that explain why these answers are a joke. Oh and on a side note get someone to fix Krayt Spawns on Bria and sort are compensation out Please.

I'm sorry but screw that. I wouldnt wait two years for a revamp. If i was a SL i'd of either changed my profession or quit the game. Now I'm a Jedi and I don't plan on changing my profession. So they can either fix it or I'll quit sooner or later like so many others

I am not acting like you are expecting too much but I am trying to explain the situation.
Do you think we don't want to answer every question you folks have? We play this game too and would love to see bugs that we experience (like you) in game play fixed. There are priorities and with the amount of professions alone everyone isn't going to see motion in their profession over night let alone the game play not affected by professions. Basically what I am saying is when we don't have the information for you, all we can tell you is we will press on for it and follow up with our team. I for one will not tell you something is being worked on if it isn't.
The pearl information was updated as some of you have noticed. Yes, it is being worked on and I was notified of that. When will I have more specific information on it? Not until the coding is complete.

when you say you are going to check on something please follow up on it....there are hundreds of posts in the forums from devs saying they will check up on something and we never hear back...then about every five to six months we are asked to forgive for the lack of information but from here on out it will get better...we have heard that speech countless times...

no...we are upset when we are told I will check into that then a year later we have not heard anything...to us I will check on it = give them an answer to shut them up...we never really have to check on it and come back with an answer...

Uhm - sorry, but please do ask for info repeatedly before the coding is complete. The design documents that are being written before any piece of code is being implemented are supposed to be up for community review in the "In Concept" forum before any developer coding time is wasted on them, on public review to gather feedback. At least that is what your boss (Director of Community Relations for SOE) posted in these forums just recently.
It's not about what the Dev team "lets tiggs know" It's about what they have time to work on. If you have issues with them spending their time on expansions instead of fixing the original game let them know by not purchasing it and emailing SOE. These issues are most likely out of the devs hands.

This is the problem, Tiggs. If that is ALL you can give us...that's why so many are upset. But it is worse, if that is ALL you KNOW. Because then, you don't know anymore then we do and that is really sad, considering your position. Either way, SOE needs to rethink either how much you can give us OR how much they let you know AND tell us.
