Maybe they havent told you what an answer is over in SOE land. But you have managed to answer Nothing. No ETA, No infortmation, Dont know and heres a surprise an expansion ment we dont get some answers. If this is the increased information that we were promised is it no wonder SWG is dying.

But heres an idea to cut down on some of the hostility hows about you turn off the vissibility system until you have sorted these problems. Or do you like that you are killing this game with each patch?

Apart from that, yes, you are right, Tiggs did not answer anything, only vague answers given without holding any solid yes / no / this is the way how statements, but this is at least more communication than we had for the past couple of weeks, and I hope she is really trying to improve communications now. If she is trying to, dont snap at her or she might not be willing to anymore. If she is not trying to actually improve communications but just trying to stall us, you can still bash her on monday or tuesday evening

On another note: One of the problems might be that Tiggs is not being a pain in the butt for the devs asking actively for information over and over, but rather just sums up our threads, forwards them and waits for an answer. I know if CS people dont bug me for info over and over again, Id rather spend my time coding than answering questions who are already crystal-clear for me and the development team I am in.

No, I am not new and if you read through my post history you will see that I am criticising SOE communication as much as you are. Its just a matter of common curtesy that if you have an argument with somebody and that somebody starts moving in your direction that you do the same, or he might step back again. Sometimes you actually reach each other in the middle, sometimes you see the other one is only using the argument to stall a solution or is not interested in a solution at all. If the latter is happening, there is no sense in arguing and you just have to make your choices then.

Tiggs, if you wouldnt be the DIRECTOR of community communication, lets say *i* would be, and would answer essential gamequestions, floating around since CU, like this - would you feel satisfied?

Im sorry Tiggs, but these questions are nothing you need to "check back in the office" - the answers to this questions should be known 24/7 - out of mind, while sleeping.

No offense Tiggs, dont get me wrong: But things like this (and the cont. down spiral of the developement/quality of game) are the reason, why 6 of my 7 accounts experience their last billing cycle, after the P24 mess.

We player, me too: with like 3 seperatly opened thread in advance to P24, warned you guys at SoE to notnlet things like this (P24) go live - the hell breaking loose would be "something undesirable".

I dont say its kinda "satisfying" to see we were right and you guys are the cannonfodder now, i would RATHER see a reason to resubscribe my accounts and play a game were i KNOW, the devs are no permanent "treat" to the game.

For you personally, i would suggest some trainining in communication.

An answer (FRS eg.) like:
"We have it on our list, high prio, but to be honest, we NEED and WANT to make it the best. So we dont want to "slure" out some "emergency-alibi-FRS", we want to do it well thought and amazing fun/good.

We have seen many threads to it and gather all the best so far.

We WILL come up soon with a compilement of this andput it to discuss in the "In concept board".
Please stay tuned, it will be a teamwork of you (player) and us (team).

Now see, that is where we are in a catch-22. You ask for answers and I give you what I can. You want communication but then when I tell you what we know you get upset at me.

I would agree with you in some ways. However this is not an argument at Wall Mart over who was first in line. We are paying customers, how long is a reasonable amount of time to wait for answers to very valid questions about the product we are buying. Unfortunately most people are not waiting, they are just not buying this product anymore

Its just annoying for people though, as a lot of the thingsthey are asking for are nothing out of the ordinary. It's just things Star Wars fans and gamers know about and expect without all this delaying and poor decision making.

The more I read the responses and decisions by this dev team the more I think they can't even be Star Wars fans or even pationate about the huge responsiblilty they have.

I tested Mustafa out, and I did see a light at the end of the tunnel for this dev team. It looks good, but there is still some very poor communication between the creators of this game and its players......its letting the whole side down, as well as the Star Wars name.

One example is the Jedi robes; how hard is it to design a unique robe with some stats that are worthwhile, or even re-introduce the old robes back into the game as rewards for the Jedi that have been waiting so damn long for some new Jedi content?

Don't the devs realise that little things like this will calm the masses for a short period until you have sorted out the bigger problems.

Anyway, I really cant be arsed anymore, time will tell the fate of this game.

I would have agreed with you but shes not working in her own free time, if she was doing that it would be something. But we all know from experience that when Tiggs is on holiday or not at work we wait till she gets back for a response to anything.

Second as post they have had weeks, its been on the dev boards for weeks, Garva said they are know problems and yet it appears like this is the first Tiggs has heard of them. She may as well have said 'Ohh we didnt know you wanted infortmation about crystals and pearls and the FRS or any other stuff. And if you had asked when I was at the office id have all the answers.' Lies, its a fob off, something shes very good at and we see daily on the Jedi forums. Maybe they will fix this snare nerf in the next patch but we can be sure it wont be before we have all paid another 15 bucks to SOE and not been able to play are jedi. Keep lying to us and taking are money till they bury this game.

And finally and perhaps most importantly she hasnt even bothered with the questions, shes answered the top line stating what aspect of the game is being asked about. There are at least 3 questions below each topic heading but they have been ignored, ok so no ETA but what is the FRS is it going to be forced PvP where post CU jedi pawn Pre CU jedi, is it going to be quest based. Some answers. And dont tell us if you guys had asked when I was in the office, you have been in the office all week while they have been sitting up in the correspondents forum.

Yes, those questions have been there for weeks.
But we all know that communication in the past has been more than lacking, and SOE got their bills for that (CU uproar, pub 22 uproar and now pub 24 uproar, no matter what happens there will be accounts that stay cancelled). You would hope that one uproar would have been enough, but the above post of Tiggs was the first one actually trying to address the communication issue after the pub 24 explosion. Flame any post of her you want, but dont choose the one that might be a start to somewhere.

I refer to my above post. How long do paying customers have to wait for valid answers? These questions were all asked going on 6 months ago. Many people have stuck it out, those are the people here on the boards still asking these same questions. Can we please get some real answers before we all give up?

Hows about the dev team turns off the Vissibility system till we have some answers, maybe not even fixes just that these are being looked at. Cause at the moment you aint giving us nothing and its not like you just saw these problems and we are being monsters to expect responses straight away. 6 Months we have waited, slightly less with the pearl/crystals but still too long.

And then you come in and act like we are expecting too much? That we expect you just to pull answers from the thin air. We arent, these arent new problems, and while I feel for smugglers, rangers, SquadLeadersand all the other nerfed professions they aint the ones getting forced into PvP. Take out the visibility system and I dont care if you take another 6 months to fix this, cause I will be having fun but as it stands fun = vissibility = instant death cause we are being out damaged, out healed, out tanked, out classed by a 2 week grinded MBH with a few million credits worth of equipment. So Fun has been killed.
