Look, the truth sucks, but it's quite simple.

1> Make the new goggles loot = 0$
2> Make the new goggles craftable = $0
3> Give the new goggles to current SE owners = $0
4> Make the new goggles available if you buy the _new_ SE.. = ++$!

This being SOE, I can guarantee that the answer is going to be #4.

It's possible that there will be a SE of ToOW which will include these goggles (it's also possible that anybody who buys ToOW will get them, but I find this highly unlikely). It's more likely that, some time after ToOW comes out there will be a new repackaging that includes SWG, JtL, RotW, and ToOW. Of this _new_ TTE (maybe the'll call it TTTE - The Truly Total Experience), there may even be two versions - a regular edition and a SE. This will have not only the effect of bringing in more money, but will get more shelf time at retailers, which is essential.

I don't remember exactly when ToOW is supposed to come out, but it's a pretty safe bet that this new and improved TTE will come out (*gasp*) right around the holidays.

I can assure you of two things. 1> You will have to pay for them, and 2> You will have to wait for them. They won't be available to us until they figure out exactly how much money they can get us to pay for them.

(What, me, bitter? I don't know what you're talking about...)

I'd gladly trade in all 3 of my SE goggles for either of the (first two) Japanese goggles. As has been mentioned by others, I hardly wear them because they just don't look that good. But those single eye things? SwEET!

I checked into this and they are an exclusive item for our Japan family only. If you purchase the Japanese Special Edition box then you can claim the goggles on the Japanese servers only.

I've seen people on Corbantis with them. Whats the big deal with eyewear only being given with SE boxes? I'm sure tailor's would love to be able to craft them. I sure would love to buy a set of mirrorshades.

Why must they make the screenshots with non-jedi characters always wearing these? If they don't include these in TOOW somehow, they will cross the line and be liable for false advertising.

Meh.............. I like my Shades better........

Isn't it a bout time there will be some loots or crafteable eyewears ?

I know a lot of players who would realy want one, but cant get it cause the special edition box is hard to get and is a bit expensive compared to what you get

So PLEASE dev's give some to us ......

I say let those of us with the CE "refit" our goggles the same way we refit our armour after the CU.
Allow us the opportunity once only to change the appearence of our goggles.

They even Get Cooler Pewter Figures. We get this Zabrak chick, they get a Tie Oppressor and Z95.

Japanese Special Edition Info

Man, Japan gets all the coolest stuff compared to North America, plus its on DVD instead of 20 darn CD-Roms *exaggeration*. Its like this with music and box sets for videos as well. Sad Really. As if there isnt a market in America for this cool stuff *sarcasm*.
