Correct. The only thingI don't understand is when/why they changed the way force regen stats are updated when wearing either these cloaks OR padawan robes. It's been some time since I played my Jedi but IIRC the stats were added to your primary pool (from skill boxes) instead of your SEA pool (from ca's/aa's). In other words I disticntly remember wearing the paddy robe and seeing +74 to force regen. Now whenI put on the robe it shows +64/+74. All this does is make a Jedi cap out on force regen tapes that much quicker (not that it matters since they seem to drop only low mods). Using this method means a Jedi would "theoretically" cap out at +89 force regen instead of +99 (with paddy robes, +97 with ToOW cloaks).
As I said before, this point is probably moot as most force regen tapes are the +1-2 variety. Bleh, nothing they do seems to make sense.

hehe i got 2 of those already.....want the gray +12 ones
i didnt sniperloot anyone...me and a guildie killed both of em and i was the only jedi there so i got em ...plz dont flame im just asking a question

i doubt that any cloak will be able to....it takes the spot of the paddy robe which itself is a cloak too

Each High Priest spawn every 10/15min if i remmember right. Cloak is the same as Kursk but "grey" (I would say Black but its more Grey than black tho)

). Really cant remmeber name of that place, we did a quest "Hidden Treasury" then we found an NPC on way.Prequests were to kill Minions, Zealots then a High Priest and ended on Storm Lord to have that Poison Defense/Resist Booster Stim.
