There is an item called "The Cloak of Kursk" which is a variation on this Jedi Master's cloak. It can be looted of a strong NPC near the Darkguard (was that their name?) outposts named San'sii the Kursk, west of the vulcano. I hope this sufficiently answered your question.

We spent the night killing off minions, zealots, High Priests, and the Storm lord, hadn't dropped the cloak as of yet, but got the Caller of Storms which is the obsidian sword. Spent an hour or so waiting for the Prophet to spawn. There is a quest from him near the storm lord area with a guy named....Lusar I think. Last one to kill in the quest is the Storm Lord himself, but he spawns every hour or so without the quest.

anyone know if this cloak can be equipped over your paddy robes? i searched but didn't find anything on that.

I got thecloak from the storm lord it has the same stats as the one from san'sii except it is black and called the robes of the storm caller. The rumor is there are five cloaks in total one being the master robe but it was never found in beta or as of yet. I honestly believe it might have not been in game like the lava crystal in beta. So keep searching all and good luck.

For reference the stats are +8 force regeneration, +15 health, and 250 force point bonus.

I don't care if the cloaks are only a +8 to force regen, I'll still wear them cause I can wear my BE clothing underneath and still get the +250 to maximum force power.

the cloak of kursk is +8 force regen +15 health ~~but has NO +250 force max FYI~~

i stand corrected...it does give u +250 force power max, but it is not listed in item description
