We killed the Storm Lord three times yesterday. It seems that if you DON'T sit there and camp his throne seat area, he will spawn every third Priest. As does the Prophet if you don't sit there inside his tower camping him either.

BTW on quest just before the last, you need to kill a named Boss Priest and a guy looted sandals +15 Terrain Nego.

Haven't had a chance to kill either Jedi Cloak mob yet. Not really trying, as I can't wear them anyways... but that's already 18 other threads....

Question: Do Sans'ii and The Storm Lord always drop cloaks? Like most boss mobs and dimly glowing crap, eg?

Impossible on Chimaera for sure its after each 9 High Priest spawns.
