They could at the VERY least, remove the must be grouped option, since the other person needs to confirm either way =( . The timers are horrible. Waiting is not what I call fun, sitting for 3 mins waiting for a simple change to happen is annoying. While the GUI on it is nice, the gameplay portion of this is horrible. I want the old system back .
Not a big fan of totally removing the group requirement, although I would support an ID-on-/consent model. Having ID windows randomly open while I'm walking along is not my idea of a fun surprise.
I certainly hope the timer issue changes. I'm a master BE by trade, and decided to try out ID for my "silent" holo because it looked fun and I liked the idea of all the new color possibilities for hair and such. I thought the grind was amazingly easy compared to the other professions I've done, and thought the new update might address that issue, but this is rediculous. If I want to continue in this profession, I have to hope that my friends are patient enough to stand around for hours at a time just to maybe get myself the first skill box. Every other profession out there has a way to grind it out with a macro or be being afk. This is the only one I know of that doesn't now. I feel sorry for anyone new that wants to make this their main source of income because no onewill sit and paya novice to work on them for the few skills they have, and the time involved to do it.On a possitive note, the other changes to the interface andcolors look amazing compared to whatI saw beforethe update. I just hope that something can be done with the time involvedto advance through this profession to get to the really good stuff.

Who's brillant idea was it to totally change the XP gain?! Ok the timer is alright, but the exp should stack!! It takes over an HOUR just to get ID II. Does anyone else see the problem with this? I mean I thought they wanted people to try Image Designer, not make it hell to get to master.
With respect, most elite professions take at least an hour to get a second level box. I know this seems bad but ID's had the grind easy for so long it was ridiculous. You cant have it both ways, have a valued profession where people will seek you out and one that can be ground in 30 mins.
ID should be better when the novelty wears off and people drop it as people who are doing it seriously will be searched for and respected (ish).

ID2 is one of the Entertainer-level boxes—It takes about 2:46:40 to get any of the level 2 elite boxes.
