Same here and everytime we bring it up they say its our emails problem, that its getting deleted or sent to a junk mailbox. I'm sorry guys but this is a problem many are having and it's not on our end. FIX THIS. SEARCH FOR A REASON ITS NOT WORKING INSTEAD OF TELLING US ITS OUR FAULT.

let me just rebute by saying there are many people who would love to have certain additions or features or enviroments in this game that George Lucas would never approve of. Just because the community *wants* something doesnt mean it should be added. It's the difference between a starwars based game and a community/customer based game. Sadly I see less starwars than there should be. If everyone wants feature A or content B then heck lets add it and just call this another cookie-cutter MMORPG instead of a Star Wars MMORPG. I wouldnt mind that, but while this game still has Star Wars on it, I will continue to push for more starwars features for as long as i pay the $15/month to play this game.

Sadly alot of people have only watched the movies and never took the plung into the multitude of books, comics and other official sources for the star wars universe. There are many things in the books and comics (official) that you would have never thought would have ever happened in the Star wars universe. Chefs, repairmen, hunters and jedi...sometimes doing normal things, sometimes not. Dancers and musicians getting into trouble...breaking a contract. Bounty hunters with humor.

For example...the exotic entertainers guild...a consolidated group of dancers, consorts, and prostitutes which provides support when interfacing with crimelords and businessmen...first talked about in the "shadows of the empire"

Or Brin'shak, a Twi'leki "talent scout" provided a group of Twi'lek female dancers to Durga the Hutt for his entertainment. Talked about in the comic book "tales from the new republic."

are you saying that these new features have already been "created" in EU? (i dont think so) or are you saying that because the EU can extend the starwars story, why cant a game?

the 2nd is what i think you are arguing, so in that case, why not add shamans, wizards, blackhelecopters, and firebreathing dragons to this game? why not modern weapons or 60's style clothing? hmm? Just because they arnt in the movies doesnt mean they dont exist in the star wars universe right?

and just to further clarify..... Holo's never appear out of thin air in Star Wars Universe. Holo'sare broadcastedfrom technologically advanced devices.

I've seen roleplayers make reference to wrist gadgets and such when doing certain actions in the game I'm sure those who are more creatively minded will be able to come up with something interesting to justify the holos

Dont let them get to you Kwee. Some people will **edit** and complain about anything they didn't see 'in the movies'. Now don't get me wrong, the original trilogy are some of my favorite movies, but if you don't want anything that wasn't 'in the movie' then what's the point? You'll be doing nothing but playing the movie over and over. Some people seem to think Star Wars is a religion and don't want anything to change instead of a made up universe that is based on the imagination of a number of people.

i'm happy to see the ID's getting some of the attention they've been asking for. Good luck with the changes on TC

Like many, I agree that ID needs to be helped out as much as possible, but this whole emotes thing doesn't even make sense. What purpose do these floaty thingy-ma-bops serve? It sure doesn't have anything to do with "An Empire Divided". I've read my fair share of EU novels and comics, and nowhere have I ever read about anything remotely close to these emotes. Sure, I've heard of holos being used for all sorts of things, but never anything like this. These emotes simply don't fit into the Star Wars schema. All I can say to the devs is- PLEASE. NO.

Certainly, we've had two or three discussion threads on the topic recently Whether or not it will happen is up in the air. The devs have assured me they will be monitoring tent use, and I will be passing player feedback along.

Not everything in this game is about the GCW or combat Thank goodness. If it were I wouldn't be here (not into sci fi combat) and neither would many of my fellow players. SOE wisely added a huge portion of their playerbase on by their creative, original, and dynamic crafting, aesthetic, and social systems. You've had your dozensand dozens of combat updates, sosit back and let us have fun for a while
