Just because you haven't seen it in a Star Wars movie or book doesn't mean that it wouldn't exist in the Star Wars Universe.
Lucas Arts is still letting them use their logo so SWG staff has done nothing so against the SW rules that they decided to stop letting them use the names StarWars and Lucas Arts.
I think the main complaint should be things you seen in game that you have seen to be contrary in the movies. Such as Lightsabers been blocked by some Kenetic Resist armor. That's not SW but it IS being changed some. I doubt it will be changed to match the movies because that would cause more crying. "Wah a Jedi can lop my head off like in the movie wah."
Dude thats Soooo cool,
Will the holos be avaluable to every race, cause I think a wookie would look Pimp in that.

if i met the game designers who thought this was a good idea i would slap them across the face.
where in any of the original trilogy or even the new trilogy is there holographic images floating over people's heads??
i can deal with the pink haristyles and such since its not that hard to believe that cyber-punks existed in this world but the emotes are too much.
i would much rather prefer to see battle scars on people's faces or bodies
even full body tattoos for the zabrak race would be awesome.
instead of using this technology on improving gameplay and graphics its going to be used for holo-emotes which will more than likely lag the hell out the game moreso than it already is.
please listen to reason and your sanity and dont put these in the game.

TBH The holo emotes are a tad silly. But you've gotta understand that certain people may like them and this game has to appeal to a broad range of people. If you don't like them don't use them.
