Sorry to be the bearer of bad news LadyLeala, but everything on this end is functioning correctly. Are you using a hotmail type of service? Some types of free email systems screen out the email as part of their anti-spam systems.
To remedy this, we'll have the newsletter archive for you.
Plz do the same for me

What a waste of money and time, I wanted to add a littel list with stuff thatneeds tobe fixed/added but that would keep me busy forever so lets make it short: invisible bh marks, "warping" lairs, freezing xp, flying creatures/people, dismount-"delay" including getting stuck in the water after dismounting, tweak the 3d engine (damn its slow and buggy), tweak the network code, etc etc etc ..
Above all that we need CONTENT aka STAR WARS FEELING !
The heck, how about you let your employees enter the game and show us an imperial paradeor some rebels trying to defend their latest shipment of spices...maybe newspaper terminals telling us about upcoming events or just stupid short stories.
What I really dont want are pink floating owlkittens flying around my head..

OMG !! I totally agree !! WHAT ARE YOU PEOPLE THINKING ?? IS THIS STAR WARS?? OR SOME JOKE?? I REALLY THINK YOU GUYS HAVE LOST THE PLOT WITH THIS VERY DISAPPOINTED !!
Are they StarWars-ish enough? Who knows. After all, all those people in the backgrounds had to be doing SOMETHING with their lives, heh?
One thing though? Can ID's have an exploding tatoo for those irritating muppets that toddle up and ask, as they will, for like a face tatoo bro, like that shaznit NinJedi d00d with the red and black face and the double ended fwhooom fwhooom.... (OK, maybe they only do that in my head)

I read through the first 7 pages of posts and I skipped to post my own response...=P
In my OPINION, this is a VERY big waste of time. a waste of programming, a waste of harddrive space...a waste of braincells to even create....
Dont' get me wrong, IDs do NEED attention paid to them. But what they NEED is what they asked for, not this crap. I saw the response from one Mod(Dev?) that if they could have added a new hairstyle instead of the emotes, they would have....um...sorry, you could have...you just didn't work on it. Instead you worked on the emotes. And I'll grant you, maybe the emotes were quicker to do....but then, making something almost no one wants, is still a waste of time.
No, this isn't the ONLY part of the patch, but as was stated, they couldn't add hairstyles, so you know the rest of the patch is based around this crap. Sorry IDs, you deserve better!
On a side note, it's finny, but all I've seen in SUPPORT of this ARE the IDs. I've seen it mentioned this will give them purpose, or help make them stand out.....but how so? I don't recall (again, skipped pages 7-41?) and didn't see a NON-IDer WANTING these...so who's gonna by these to make you IDers important? O.o....
Again, IDers need to be made useful, but give them what they want, not whatalmost no onewants!
Not all of those in support of holo-emotes/stat migration are IDers, and not all IDers are in support of holo-emotes/stat migration. Being one of those in open opposition to these things, I totally agree. I would have rather waited until Patch 12 and had our revamp done right than to have holo-emotes and stat migration handed to as as a placating item. As it stands I feel betrayed, disappointed, and I'm seriously considering never IDing for anyone other than myself again.

What am I looking at? Really? I agree that IDs have been stuck with the shaft since June and that it was high time for them to get a little glamour and attention, but I'm with Duck on this one...
A few months back, when we still had the SWG Discussion board, there was a dev thread titled something to the effect of 'Howdo weadd more Star Wars to SWG?' I remember posting in this thread, as well as reading alot of very, very good ideas submitted by players, but I guess theanswer was all too obvious - more bubbles and pink kitties, duh!
