Thanks for making me smile
Thumbs Up ![]()
- Speed up stat migration for a set amount of time
- Disguise- Lower negative faction
- ID building equipment handlescritical functions. Sir Voor: "Steam-rooms for Weight Loss, massage chairs for Stat Migration, and Hot Tubs for detoxitying) Like harvester have Image Designer have to maintain them, adding energy and water as needed. And maybe having them have a minium effect when the IDer is not there, and maxium effect then the IDer is actively there"
- Change last names
- Charisma type bonuses – higher mission payouts, politician bonuses, better ent buffs given
- Disguise - Harder for bounty hunter droids to track you
Thumbs Down ![]()
- Disguise - removes TEF
- Spices alter your appearance over time
- Gain weight slowly over time every time your stomach is full
- Disguise - Re-covert Overts
- Revert to scruffy look after some time, have to visit ID
- Make poster ads for merchants/politicians to put up in bazaar or billboard in town, for events
- Create brands with unique fonts/logos/colors, can search by brand on bazaar.
11. Create brands with unique fonts/logos/colors, can search by brand on bazaar.
I actually like this one if it worked as such:
Designing a brand for each item would be insane, you'd have to be the crafter yourself to get any use from it. Instead, if you designed a special brand for the crafter which they could then mark their own things with it would be alot more fun. In many ways it would be as if you were designing a tattoo for someone, only they could put it on all their crafted items when you were done.
Red = don't like
Yellow= like

Final Tally (y=yes, n=no, m=maybe), those with overwhelming no's marked out right off the bat:
Disguises
- Lower negative faction: y/4 n/2 m/2
Remove TEF: y/1 n/7 m/2- Bounty hunter protective: y/3 n/2 m/3
- Re-covert overts: y/1 n/4 m/3
LastNameChange: y/9
Speed up stat migration: y/5 m/3

Ordered for presentation (in addition to our Sotp wish list items). Just wanted to share the kind of process I go through when I tally up votes and decide what to present. I may occasionally want to bring forth an item we were divided on if the negatives were conditional on something. For example there is concern that GCW involvement might mean TEF's for ID's. But GCWabilities would satisfyus becoming more integrated into the game. On the other hand we have to pick our battles. Among the possible GCW abilities, which are the most popular? I have to relay that many ID'ers would be happiest staying out of the GCW altogether, and none want a TEF. All has to be weighed against the possibility that if we remain purely aesthetic and apart from the rest of gameplay, whetherit'sfair or not, it might be hard to justify spending a lot of dev resources and time on a tiny segment of the player base. And yes of course we want to fight to be recognized as potentially affecting everyone, yada yada
From what we have left, 3 & 4 can be lumped together, as can 5 & 6. So we have 2 very old ideas more fleshed out (buildings, disguises), a popular idea revisited (last name changes), and a new idea (charisma bonuses).
IN
- LastNameChange:10 to 0 = Unanimously support
- Charisma benefits:8 to 0 = Unanimously support
- ID building has function:8 to 1 = Majority support
- Speed up stat migration: 7.5 to 0 = Unanimously support
- Disguises lower negative faction:6 to 2 = Majority support
- Disguises Bounty hunter protective: 5.5 to 2 = Majority support
- Poster ads: 4.5 to 3 = Majority support
- Disguises re-covert overts:3 to 4 = Divided
OUT
- Brands: 3.5 to6 =More did not support
Edit: added MuSoprano's vote ![]()

This almost reads as if 'the rest of gameplay' and the GCW are the same thing. Please reassure me that you don't believe this Kwee
