Thread: Question about Twi'leks

Aayla Secura, the blue female Twi'lek jedi that kicked butt in Episode II, had her ear "bumps" sticking out of her lekku wrap. I beg you not to bring the movies into this though... because according to them, I should have a giant slab of neck fat, a la Bib Fortuna. If that ever happened, I would be forced to delete myself...

I heard that the reason for the giant foreheads/ head bumps (Bib Fortuna)and neck rolls on the male Twi'leks were suppose to be defects of the species. One time type of things, not suppose to protray the entire look of them.

And have you pondered this?
In the movies all female twi'leks are lovely, beautiful creatures while the males are hideous beasts with sharp teeth and HORRIBLE appearance in general?
Yet in the game the males and females alike are very "pretty" and it's next to impossible to make a hideous male a'la The Movies.
Boring if you ask me.

I find the male Twi'leks the most attractive of all the species of males in the game. They even look good fat and short. Most human males look kinda surprised or scared and have bloodless lips and goofy looking eyebrows and... well okay. Ya caught me. I'm hawt for Twi guys.

The entire reason I made a Twi'lek was to be pretty. I think there's something about the lekku that people can't resist.
As for *all* male twi's being nice looking... well, don't speak too soon. For the longest time on my server, I thought I was the only male twi. Then over the course of a week, I met three others, all with bad taste in coloring (skin and clothes), and their faces... well, let's just say I was disapointed to have them representing my race. On the bright side, I could still hold my title of "Prettiest Man in the Galaxy".

Yup, covered. ... I just want the freaky Twi nails! I think Bibhas them at Jabba's, he does in the load screen at least.
I also want the option to seat our Lekku high like they are supposed to be... Oola's and Bib's are, soooo....?!? *boggle*

Considering such issues another question comes to mind: Why am I unable to smile as a Twi'lek. My facial features appear to be stuck.

Actualy, this does happen to Twi'lek females, when you make their skin the darkest blue, purple, or green I think, and if its in the basic Twi skin colors, not the newer, flashier colors, and even then its only really noticable in certain lighting. I know because ive tried it on my Lowca Twi'lek.
I think they did this so that the features of the face would still show up a little better even if the skin was dark as it can be. If you notice the samething happens to Zabrak with really dark skin.

What bugs me is that you can see Twi and Zab teeth I actually reporeted it as an art bug when I first saw that on a beta Zabrak character I had. They look like they havea huge overbite that prevents them from closing their mouth.

Yeah, that's why I thought it was an art glitch, like the lips were too far apart at times.
